晚上剛睡下就看見房間裏面有老鼠，把老闆叫過來老闆不相信，説沒有房間換，退房的話還要收我們三十塊錢的床單清潔費，我們打電話投訴，後面又給我們換了一個大床房，沒有空調，房間裏面全是蚊子，一晚上打死了有二十幾個蚊子，退房的時候還收了我們三十塊錢按金當清潔費，明明是他們房間有老鼠，不給我們賠償就算了，還不退我們的按金，因為那天晚上整個隴西都沒有房間，我們衹能住下，避雷避雷家人們
