優點，隴西條件比較好的酒店，硬件很好，服務貼心，餐廳有很多隴西特色，味道很好適合全家聚餐，房間每天送酸奶，服務周到。
不足，打掃衞生不徹底，如衞生間不添紙，淋浴間垃圾沒收拾，不知道為什麼水和茶杯放到了牀頭櫃。擔心打掃人員不規範後來直接在門口亮了請勿打擾，結果回來後房間還是進來人收拾了。
建議，加強服務規範性培訓。

房間很不錯，床特別舒服，入住有水果跟酸奶，特別舒服。早上早餐很豐盛，而且美味可口。酒店位置很不錯，在鞏昌鎮中心，出行方便，很不錯。
