My father was life flighted and in the ICU with a brain injury and the hotel would not refund his reservation(which didn’t start for over 2 weeks and they probably rebooked and made money on anyways). I would think extenuating circumstances would warrant a refund and was willing to provide documentation. We travel half of the year and will not be using this hotel chain ever again.

Computer in business center not working. AC made awful noise. Even when it cycled off during night sounded like high wind blowing thru it. Bed sqeaked any time you moved. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

We had an accessible room and the bathroom needed updating, in poor condition. The breakfast was a joke. Absolutely no variety.

avoid this hotel
I stay at a lot of La Quinta Inns. This one is on the bottom. TV didn't work when I checked in. Staff did take care of that. AC/Heat would not hold temp. shower head pulled away from wall. No floor mate in bathroom for stepping out of shower. Worst of all was breakfast. No flavor egg ovals must save someone money, terrible. No breakfast meat. Bagel so stale it fell apart when trying to cut in in half. Coffee luke warm at best.
