O hotel é lindo, o atendimento muito profissional. Os quartos providenciam um ambiente acolhedor e relaxante, muito bem decorados.
Já visitamos este hotel algumas vezes e sempre fomos bem recebidos. O único senão é que a água da piscina estava um pouco fria, a piscina de agua quente é a atração do hotel e devido a este destaque devia merecer mais cuidados e manutenção.

Hotel muito interessante numa região lindíssima. Fáceis acessos. Hotel muito fácil de encontrar a partir do IP2, bem sinalizado e com estacionamento fácil. Quartos de dimensões adequadas, bastante confortáveis, piscina exterior aquecida é um grande atrativo. Restaurante muito bom, com carta diversificada e funcionária que nos atendeu muito competente e simpática. Funcionários do pequeno-almoço e receção também foram muito simpáticos, dando todas as informações necessárias. Pena não termos podido ficar mais tempo, vamos seguramente regressar. Única eventual crítica seria para os quartos serem pouco iluminados. Mesmo com todas as luzes ao dispor acesas, é sempre muito escuro. Durante o dia as amplas janelas, minimizam o problema. Zona não tem boa rede de tlm (rede NOS pelo menos), mas é compensada pelo excelente serviço Internet Wi-Fi em todo o hotel

Sem que se dissesse nada, viram no check-in a data de nascimento e ao verificarem que fazia aniversário ofereceram um bolo, com uma velinha, no fim do jantar. O jantar também foi muito bom, com um serviço impecável e com umas funcionárias muito simpáticas.
