前台的小郭和暖暖真的太讓我意外和暖心了，每次都是匆忙的辦理入住就開始忙，基本也不經過前台，今天退房的時候要寄存東西，房卡還沒有給她們和告訴我的名字，小郭脱口而出還是跟之前的東西放一起嗎？我真的太意外了，對一個經常出差的人來説，這句話真的特別温暖，這應該就是真正的賓至如歸了吧

訂的親子房，來了還沒收拾好，等了一會，但是前台的司司和麗麗給我們送了小禮物，這個還是不錯的，服務態度也很好，酒店風格不錯，設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，網絡給力，床很大，衞生間乾淨，洗澡舒服，客房服務員熱情，主動打招呼，停車方便。推薦

我們一家三口來隴南休閑遊，選擇了隴南高鐵站希爾頓歡朋酒店作為我們的落腳點。隴南這座小城帶給人一種依山傍水小城的閑適，其中尤其是酒店的整體體驗非常滿意。
首先是地址，這個酒店在高鐵站旁邊步行7分鐘左右，去高鐵站和高速路口都非常方便，如果是吃飯，無論當地的美食還是老城區的煙火氣，都能兼顧。
酒店的工作人員非常友好，服務周到特別是前廳經理周洋在我們入住時可能是他們注意到我們帶着孩子，便主動提出免費升級房間拿小朋友的洗漱用品，還特別温柔告知當地的天氣情況還主動給我太太送了身體乳説這邊乾燥，這個小驚喜讓我們的入住一開始就充滿的期待。
進入房間，隨着窗簾換換拉開，發現我們的房間正對着山藍天白雲高山林立景色非常美還可以眺望火車站的美景。無論是傍晚的落日餘暉，還是早晨的細雨薄霧，都讓人心情愉悦。房間內的設施也很完善，滿足了我們所有的需求。特別是那個智慧洗衣在房間都可以查看洗衣機狀態不用擔心跑空非常喜歡，貼心。
總的來説，這個酒店給我們的這次休閑遊帶來了很多愉快的體驗。無論是服務、美景還是設施，都讓我們感到滿意。如果你也在計劃來隴南旅遊，這裡會是一個非常不錯的選擇。
