網絡連接不穩定，速度慢，無法正常上網。
房間老舊，有黴味，房間有煙味，地漏未清理，有味道。
房間隔音差
電視無法正常觀看。
衞生間清掃不乾淨，鏡子有污漬，馬桶旁邊垃圾未及時處理，蚊蟲異常的多，打開花灑全出來了。
床架發黑發黴，偶爾有蟲子爬出。
毛巾浴巾太硬。
商家承諾次日有空房間及時更換，未得到落實。
