Hilton Garden Inn Longmont

I was very pleased with the Hilton Garden Inn. Conveniently located right off the highway. Close to shopping and restaurants. Room was bright and clean. Staff very accommodating. I’d definitely come here again

I recently stayed at this hotel and while the stay was fine, they overcharged me. As a gold member I get a food & beverage credit and they neglected to apply the $20 credit to my bill. I called and they confirmed that I should have received the credit and said they would refund my credit card the $20. However, instead of issuing the refund, they charged me an additional $20. So, now I've been overcharged by $40. I called again the the person I spoke with insisted she issued the refund correctly despite the fact that I was charged and not refunded. I confirmed with my bank that they did charge me again. So, they have overcharged me and refuse to correct the mistake.

I am a platinum Member with Mariott and a Diamond member with Hilton needless to say I know a good hotel when I stay at one. The Hospitality shown at the Hilton Garden Inn was above and beyond. From the front desk staff, (Jackie, Gladys, Moises, John, TJ) to the bartenders, to housekeeping this is by far THE best team I have ever encountered! The lobby is beautiful and their salad and chicken ciabatta sandwich was available after midnight at their amazing snack bar! I was so happy! I can’t wait to stay their again!

Upon checking in, the staff member was highly uneducated giving us 0 information regarding our room and providing the wrong information in terms of breakfast times and amenities. They only gave us one key card for our room between the 3 of us so we went downstairs and asked another to be issued and they gave us one but it didn’t work so we had to go back downstairs to have it fixed. Finally the breakfast, I have stayed at several other hiltons including Home2 and Tru and both provide complimentary breakfast to their guests so not sure why this hilton chooses not to. Additionally the rooms are not in the best conditions we had several blinking lights, a horrible shower head, and the furniture is very lacking almost like a Tru.

One of the nicest Hilton Garden Inns I’ve ever stayed at! This floor plan is extremely welcoming with comfortable rooms. The room was very clean with multiple different types of pillows, welcome message on the TV, and perfect floor plan.

:ery nice hotel. Lobby spacious and very clean. People seemed to be enjoying the bar and football game. Breakfast buffet was fresh and good variety. Room very clean and spacious. King room had walk-in shower. Hotel is 4 yrs old but facilities looked new. Did not use pool but open until 11 which is nice and looked very clean.
