The room was not well kept. The bedding and towels were clean but the carpet was very stained across the entire room as well as the hallways. The bathroom sink had stains from a former guest, the edges of the room were very dirty, the counter in the bathroom was also dirty. It seemed liked it had been cleaned quickly and not thoroughly but also the general standard of cleaning was pretty low. We needed a room for one night so just dealt with it but if we had to stay longer I would not have stayed in the room. The halls were pretty dirty so my assumption was this was the standard for the hotel.

Great hotel in Longmont. Not dirty..but, rooms are due for a refresh. Service is excellent at Breakfast in morning is good. Entrance off main road is VERY busy. Better off turning west a block before and coming in back way. Also, Gym and pool are nice.

We stayed for 3 Nights over the Memorial Day weekend. When we went down for breakfast on Memorial Day, the buffet was closed. Apparently they don’t serve breakfast on holidays. Guess they think hotel guests won’t be hungry on major holidays? Very frustrating. Any hotel offering breakfast should offer it all days of the year, as travelers rely on hotel breakfast! I only select hotels which offer breakfast as it is a major convenience when traveling. Very frustrating!

Great hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Excercise room was new and easily accessible. Excellent room accomodations with access to frig, micro wave and table. The breakfast selection was lacking and less than what was offered at other hotels. I would expect scrambled eggs, some type of sweet roll and higher quality meat.

Just checked in but seeing the matress is 8 years old tells me how this owner does its clients especially for disabled. I will talk with the manager as this isnt nice. I feel bad for the employees as it seems if they are willing to cheat their customers I can only imagine how bad they make them feel.

We had a great stay, they have nice heated pool, the hotel is clean and a nice breakfast. Close to Estes Park, shopping and the downtown area. Safe and secure area near the Boulder County Fairgrounds and less than 15 minutes to the interstate.
