Huge resort, in a very quiet area, middle of montains. staff is really friendly and helpful, some of them speak good English ( ask Betty ). The rooms are very big, full equipped, no USB plug so take yours. The hot spring is amazing with great variety of basins but always hot water…. One Chinese restaurant and one buffet restaurant, where you can find call what you like. You must try the draft beer at the buffet…. Breakfast is huge with lot of dishes, fruits, even coffee. Located at 20km from highway (G45), hotel is easy to find. At only 500m from hotel, a small village with lot of small shops, where you can find what you need. If you have car, parking inside hotel, free. Since 12 years I go many times there, and I don’t see any change. Always clean and the same perfect service.

The room is very spacious. The family suite has two separate rooms inside and outside. There is also a hot spring pool in the room. The family of three has a good travel experience. The lobby staff and cleaning staff have good service attitudes. The outdoor pool is built along the mountain. There are many large and small pools. Unfortunately, there are many tourists during the Spring Festival, so the experience is not very good. The food in the restaurant is not delicious. You can order takeout.

Tired on the trip, I got off the highway in Longmen County. I booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is not bad, parking is very convenient, check-in is fast, the room is quite big, the bathroom is quite big, and there is also a laundry room. Very comfortable to stay!

The overall environment and service are very good, but the intersection outside the hotel is under renovation and driving is very dusty. It is also very nice to spend a day in the hotel.

I chose to spend the Spring Festival here this time. 4000+2 nights is not worth it... The service desk is not in place! 0 service! I don't know if it's because of the Spring Festival. The room settings are also very good, but I can't understand why the air conditioner is designed as a central air conditioner. There is no heating during the day, only at night, and it is not warm enough. It still feels very cold on the mountain. What's more ridiculous is that since it is a central air conditioner, a panel is set up there for guests to adjust. Because it is really not adjustable, I asked the waiter to know that it is a central air conditioner. It's amazing. This is the first time I have encountered a hotel room with a central air conditioner! Each guest has a different degree of perception. It is recommended to improve it. After all, it is a parent-child hotel, and the elderly and children are very easy to catch a cold. The speed of the hotel is also very slow. It takes basically an hour to deliver something... The location navigation is not obvious. It is too close to the Schönbrunn Valley Hotel, so I went to the wrong place! I hope there can be more signs🪧! The types of breakfast and dinner are too general, and there is nothing delicious! As for the cave hot springs, it is very dirty! Don't go, but the ground hot springs are very good! Maybe everyone is rushing to the cave hot spring.

It can be said that it is a parent-child slide room with a high cost performance. After comparing the parent-child rooms of other similar hotels in Nankunshan, the Whiskey Hotel was finally selected. My daughter had a lot of fun. The check-in speed at the hotel front desk was a bit slow, but the attitude of the service staff was still very good. There are many hot spring pools, and the design is very reasonable. There is a Maya water park on the ground, a large bubble pool a little further away, and a water slide next to it. The fish therapy pool next to the swimming pool is convenient for parents to take care of their children. There are also many hot spring pools built on the mountain, large and small, suitable for various needs. There are plenty of towels and many places to change towels, which is great! After a short break after the buffet in the morning, I went to soak. There were few people and the water was very clean, which was very comfortable. At four o'clock in the afternoon, more people began to come, and there were the most people at night, and the pool was not so clean. The only drawback is that the road is being built at the entrance of the hotel, the dust is very large, the leaves of the green trees in the hot spring area are all gray, and there is construction noise, which feels greatly discounted, and the hotel environment is deeply affected. I hope it will be completed soon and I will go again next time.
