The front desk service attitude is very satisfactory.

It was my first time to the Dipai Hot Spring Hotel. I booked a two-bedroom, one-living room villa by the mountain. The environment was nice and there was an electric car to pick me up, which was very convenient. There were prepared fruits (bananas and oranges) in the room. The service attitude was very good. The buffet breakfast had a rich variety and there were many hot spring pools (with real hot springs indicated). It was worth it. I will go to the hot spring hotel again. A good choice for vacation and leisure.

Overall, it was pretty good. The boss even upgraded the room type for us. It is suitable for family outings. There are all the things my children like to play here. I was told that it is more fun than Zhuhai Ocean Kingdom because you can catch fish here, haha... There are still some things to play that have not been released. If you are interested, you can make an appointment with a few friends. Let's go play together and relax. (In terms of service, because there were more people going this time, I might not be able to take care of it. My friend said that it was pretty good before)

The room is not good, it is very different from the pictures in the promotion, but the hygiene is OK. The air conditioner is so hot at 19 degrees that I can't sleep at night. The bed is super soft and hard to sleep, but it is quite comfortable. I am not used to sleeping too soft. The private hot spring is very convenient and you can soak in it indoors. The outdoor hot springs don't feel as many as the advertised more than 100, but there are not too many people. The seafood buffet is not delicious and there is not much seafood. It is cold and smells fishy.

We decided to visit the hot springs on the spur of the moment as the weather was getting cold. At first I thought the hotel would be a bit old as it was written in the system as having opened in 2016, but I was actually quite pleasantly surprised. It felt like it had just opened and was well maintained in all aspects. The hotel is large, with an outdoor parking lot and an underground parking lot, which is plenty of parking spaces and quite convenient. There is also a wetland park next to it where you can take a walk. The staff member Wang Meijiao's service was very good and worthy of praise. I will come again if I have the chance.

The store we visited this time is Longmen Aishu Nankun Secret B&B. I have always liked the Aishu brand. Each store has different characteristics, and this store is Swiss-style and quite special. Its spiral staircase and its unique book bar, as well as the small tree house are full of design sense. The store also gave us afternoon tea, which was really thoughtful. There is also breakfast. If you want to eat, you can go to the town next door. There are farm dishes everywhere within a few kilometers, which is very convenient. In general, the sanitary environment is particularly good, there is floor heating, and the service attitude is also very good. It must be given a 5-star praise.

I went there for the second time. This time I stayed for 2 days from the 30th of last year to the 2nd of the Chinese New Year. I booked a parent-child room. The room was very large and comfortable, facing south, and there was a fireworks display at night. Compared with the Wyndham Zhaoqing, it is not that big and new. The restaurant is also relatively small and has fewer styles, but the service is quite good. There are many hot springs, but some of the children's play requires money, and it is not cheap. The wave pool on the second floor of Evian Four Seasons is 88 yuan, which is quite expensive. The children were bored after staying for two days. I especially praise the front desk customer service, who is very enthusiastic. Because the child is too tall, he can't enter the hot spring without an extra room card. You can ask the butler to apply for a guest card to enter. Rico, the front desk supervisor, helped to properly solve some problems, which is good.

The second stop of the trip to Nankunshan Hot Springs is Shishishui Ecological Resort, where birds are singing and flowers are fragrant, the air is fresh and the scenery is beautiful. From the facilities to the interior decoration, it can be seen that the resort was only brilliant at the beginning, and the grade is comparable to that of the Bolian Hotel.  And the water quality is very good and sweet!  But it is obvious that the current management and service personnel are insufficient, and the service concept is lacking! For example, the waiters in the restaurant make loud noises when they clean up the tableware, which affects the guests' dining. We came here from thousands of miles away and felt that the local traffic was inconvenient. It was difficult to take a taxi. Came here by online car-hailing!

Stayed in a business deluxe bed room by the river, the view was very good, and the room was big enough. Unfortunately, the swimming pool is not open, and it is unpleasant. I took the brushing glass and accidentally touched it. The front desk lady did not hesitate to ask me to pay 10 yuan, but did not ask if I was injured. (I stayed in a hotel of more than 200 yuan in Dongguan and encountered the same situation. The front desk lady immediately asked me if my hand was injured, and then said it was okay and didn't ask me to pay)

Tired on the trip, I got off the highway in Longmen County. I booked this hotel. The location of the hotel is not bad, parking is very convenient, check-in is fast, the room is quite big, the bathroom is quite big, and there is also a laundry room. Very comfortable to stay!
