我近期在貴酒店有過一次住宿經歷，然而此次體驗令我極為不滿，特向您反饋相關問題，希望能引起重視並得到妥善解決。
在我辦理退房離開時，我主動提醒酒店工作人員對房間進行檢查，工作人員並未進行任何實質性的檢查流程，便示意我可以離開。我本以為此次住宿順利結束，可當我已經離開廣西省後，卻突然接到酒店電話，被告知房間床單染上紅墨水，需要扣除我 30 元按金。但實際情況是，那並非紅墨水，而是我不小心蹭上的草莓汁水。
我認為酒店在這一事件的處理上存在諸多不合理之處。首先，在我主動要求檢查時，工作人員沒有盡責檢查，這是工作的失職。其次，在沒有現場確認污漬性質，且我已離開許久的情況下，單方面認定是紅墨水並扣除按金，這一做法既不嚴謹也不合理。草莓汁水與紅墨水在顏色、形態以及清洗難度上有明顯區別，酒店未經核實就匆忙做決定，對我造成了不必要的經濟損失和困擾。
我希望酒店能夠重新審視此次事件，退還我被不合理扣除的 30 元按金。同時，也建議酒店完善退房檢查流程，加強員工培訓，提升服務的專業性和嚴謹性，避免類似情況再次發生，給其他顧客帶來不好的體驗。
期待酒店能儘快給予我一個滿意的答覆。
