設施不錯，但是偌大一個酒店衹有一個工作人員不知道是什麼操作，看了其他好評才來的，結果啥也沒體驗到，歡迎水果下午茶什麼的沒有，接送服務衹有接沒有送，泳池臟兮兮的根本無法下去，吃了適合拍照沒有什麼亮點，1586 的家庭套房四個人住景區門票衹有兩張，總之體驗感不好。前台一個小姐姐跑出跑進的挺辛苦的，酒店管理層應該整改一下增加服務員。

雙龍鎮巫山峽谷裏的五星酒店，酒店非常好 環境也安靜，人不多，管家服務特別周到，在停車場接的我們，房間很大，設施很新，早餐可以送到房間，種類比較多

我們過來避暑，在小紅書看到了這家酒店，在龍裏的雙龍鎮，這裏裏貴陽市中心也就二十多公里，自駕遊是一個非常好的選擇

優點：訂的是家庭房，房型超大，一張大床+一張榻榻米，主衞+次衞，衞生間裏是智能馬桶+科勒品牌，洗護用品歐舒丹，有浴缸可以泡澡。房間裏有小冰箱，有投影儀，有平板，有衣帽間。酒店整體環境很好，有藝術氛圍，餐廳處有景觀台，可以眺望峽谷。早餐是配好的九宮格套餐。前台小哥人很好，加微信提供了很多幫助。工作人員都穿着工作服，穿戴整潔，很有禮貌。
缺點：酒店設施設備維護不到位，房間裏的幾處都有灰塵，浴缸漏水，沙發墊+地毯有污漬。房間裏還有一衹大蟑螂。陽台外面地板壞了，還有一個大蜘蛛網。投影儀有點小故障，後來小哥幫忙解決好了。第二天看見草坪上有人在除雜草，景觀池裡有人在打掃。泳池比預想的差，和宣傳的無邊泳池不一樣，水質不敢保證，小孩下去了15分鐘左右，我就讓他們上來了。
總體來説，酒店可以提供的服務和酒店的定位不成正比。地理位置偏，除了峽谷玩一下，旁邊的古鎮很蕭條，商業沒有帶動起來，周邊沒有什麼可以玩的。如果為了避世純泡酒店，可以小住，大老遠就沒必要跑過來了。
