非常好，2020年5月第一次來這裏住了一次，環境設施太棒了，時隔五年，帶着長者孩子又一起來了，還是一如既往地好，品質一點沒有下降，店家巨貼心，各方面服務都很好，下午茶品質好，還提供了燒烤爐。

房間蟲子太多 又是蜘蛛又是各種飛蛾的 牆上蜘蛛網都不帶打掃的剛入住 想洗一個熱水澡 屋子裡的衞生間淋浴沒有熱水 又因為下雨 無法在外面泡温泉 因此要求前台換兩張大廳的温泉票 被服務人員冷冷拒絕 溝通了半天加投訴半天才讓我們去温泉浴場泡温泉！投訴之前服務態度超級冷淡 投訴之後才變好轉 感覺是見人下菜碟！晚上又是毫無信號加毫無網絡的一晚上。説是下雨天整個縣都沒網。 第二天退房時 網絡都沒來。之後再也不會來了 就當花錢買個教訓了

很少寫評價，但今天必須寫一下。
這家隱廬，和秦皇島Anaya還是有些差距的。
設施：我們訂的是三居室，圖片介紹説是三個房間都是大床，但其中一個房間是兩個單人床拼湊的，使得一個朋友半夜在沙發睡的。第二個要吐槽的，就是洗澡間地漏，不滲水，一邊洗還得一邊清理地漏…這…是不是不太合適…
衞生：這個是我最生氣的，主卧帶衞生間那屋，上一位客人彈地下的煙灰，沒有收拾…這個衞生打掃，真的是對不起房間價格。
環境：園區環境，還算可以吧，但是沒有小紅書説的那麼好，遊玩簡單，如果過來享受慢節奏和避暑，還是可以來的。另外就是，園區的所有項目，僅到晚上八點半…時間上，有點讓人有侷促感。
服務：阿媽餐廳的一個小哥哥，熱情，而且看見我們的三衹小狗，非常友好。還主動幫我們的小狗找座位～不知道叫什麼，衹知道喜歡攝影，和我朋友交流相機鏡頭
最後想説，作為寵物友好景區，建議多做一些寵物友好的設計，比如小狗遮陽篷～園區大片草地，幾乎沒有樹，當前這個天氣，小動物很容易中暑～
我們到的當天，就看到一衹惡霸犬中暑，口吐白沫…幸好我朋友是寵物中醫師和寵物救助人士，大家**協力趕緊給小狗降温，小狗才緩過來～

我很少給酒店不好的評價，但是這次幾個問題不得不説！
設施：洗澡水很不錯！沖！但是！地漏完全不滲水，地漏這個東西不到洗澡打開水後很難發現問題，所以導致我都已經淋濕了，不方便叫服務員的前提下，自己手動去掏酒店的地漏！打開一看，噁心死了！但是不清理，水都要流到衞生間外面去了，衹能忍着噁心去幫酒店的保潔清理前面客人留下的污物！在此我要吐槽酒店的離店打掃，明顯沒有認真做！洗完澡後越想越氣，關鍵噁心！就投訴到攜程幫忙解決，這裏要給攜程客服點贊！
另外，作為一個並不便宜的酒店，牙刷和拖鞋竟然不是AB款，沙發上還殘存着前人留下的毛髮……
衞生：一層免不了有各種蟲子這個有預期，但是滿牆的蟲子屍體，地板上也是各種花花綠綠蟲子碾碎的痕跡，讓人有點崩潰
服務：服務實話講還不錯，做到有求必應，這點點贊，但是！我們退房時叫了酒店的電瓶車來接，車子竟然被兩輛車前後堵住出不去進不來！尤其後麪的一輛車，是一輛快遞大中巴車，它就這麼公然停在電瓶車必經的主路正中間，慢悠悠的敲門送貨！前後大概得有10分鐘堵在那兒，電瓶車司機去溝通，讓挪也不肯挪！於是我們7個人，就這麼在太陽下乾等着，差點中暑，最後和這個司機與簽收的業主吵起來，他們才慢悠悠的讓路！而酒店和園區完全不管！這裏路很狹窄，住客訂了酒店車不能進衹能停在路兩側，這能理解，但是業主和快遞的中巴竟然能擠進來，然後把住客的電瓶車兩頭堵死，幹曬10分鐘，還要靠住客自己去吵架才把園區的電瓶車開出來，原來我們這些花了將近 1500塊住一晚的用户，是這個園區金字塔最底端的人！
環境：環境確實還不錯，草坪很好，但是後面全是工地在修，而且住的房子臨近馬路，晚上大車過去的聲音讓我感覺就睡在馬路邊上，頻繁被吵醒。
