優點：便宜，也挺衞生的，傢俱，洗浴用品齊全，70一晚，適合手頭不寬裕的年輕人住，去的時候，有幾個小夥子在續房費。
缺點：沒電梯，得走到五樓，傢俱都可以用，但有些許破舊，可以看圖，燈的開關都已經沒蓋了，馬桶的抽水汞也沒蓋了。
