設施：設施很久，牀頭櫃兩個插頭都壞的，吹風機也是壞的，我不知道明明知道馬上過年期間會有遊客入住還不整改
衞生：衞生一般般吧，馬桶周邊有部分頭髮沒乾淨，我建議酒店老闆自己盲訂一下看看自己酒店衞生情況
服務：這家酒店服務是最差的，我在這麼多城市都住過酒店，同價位不同價位的，第一次遇到這麼差的，事情具體是我25-27日兩個人在酒店入住，27號十點多我想着辦理退房的時候一人帶兩瓶水，因為我還要去附近逛逛吃吃飯，我索性提前兩個小時退房把房間早點騰出來，行李放前台，結果我辦理完退房問酒店前台的李主管可不可以給一人2瓶水，兩個人一共4瓶，她拒絕我了，告訴我不可以，我就問她為什麼，她很不耐煩的表情擺在臉上，也説不上為什麼，我想請問，我要是不退房我在房間裏打電話讓你們送水你們是不是會送，我提前給你們騰房間，不需要你們工作人員或者機器人上九樓送水，自己下來拿還告訴我不可以，態度還很惡劣，真的離譜，關鍵是這種服務的工作人員還是你們酒店的主管，我找了平台投訴，平台告訴我你們酒店會核實，到現在都沒有給我回應，我想説一個人服務和氣質是由內而外的，不是所有人都配當主管的，不是長得還可以就可以當主管的，也不是你這種人在前台給客人擺擺臉色就能當的，酒店負責人可以去調取錄像看下我説的是不是屬實，如果這樣都引起不了酒店負責人的重視，那真的是爛到骨子裡了，希望後續想要入住的旅客可以慎重考慮，服務真的差的不行，還是在浙江，浙江不管從政務還是到經商餐飲服務都給人很舒服的，只有龍港這家酒店的服務差得離譜！
