The building was not that easy to find, very confusing and hidden. There is no way to reach anyone on site. I had a nice neighbor who helped me because he had been “living” there for a long time. You couldn't close the window, it was very cold in the room. The shared bathroom was a disaster, very dirty and full of rubbish. The box for the key was already open, so that basically everyone had access to it.

The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable but no soap was provided in the bathrooms, no tea & coffee and no TV as advertised. Definitely no garden either! It is in a convenient proximity to the local bus route, and Heathrow Terminal 4.

Due to the fact they are refusing to give me a refund for my stay despite the fact my husband and I turned up and then walked straight back out again. They have left me with no choice. First of all the pictures are false advertising. It is a complete hell hole. It looks like student accommodation or worse. Unbelievably basic. Poor location. The whole situation made me feel very uncomfortable. The room had scuff marks and needs a repaint. Shared bathroom? No thanks. Absolutely stunk of indian food. Just do not waste your money. It is horrific

I recently stayed at The Hatton Rooms. I was extremely unhappy about the quality of the accommodation. I attempted to contact the company afterwards but they did not respond. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower or taps. Therefore, myself and my partner were unable to shower. The boiler appeared not to be working, therefore the heating did not work either. The lock on door of downstairs toilet was broken. There were other guests in the house, and therefore it was uncomfortable to use a non-lockable bathroom. in addition, the listing indicates that there would be coffee/tea in common area, however, there was no milk to make coffee/tea. I was alsk anticipating that there would be a TV in the lobby (as advertised), however I did not find one.
