The room, bed, and facilities were comfortable and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Well-equipped kitchen facilities and washbasin in the room ensured guests had everything needed.

The room was warm and bed warm. Bed was not as comfy as the other room i had stayed in previous Could have extra pillows as they were a bit flat for me. Room needed another few towels also..I asked n was given 1.. had 1 face cloth in room.. acould be bothered asking for another facecloth after that.. Used the bathroom had a bath..water was brown when it came out🤮🤮🤢🤢🧐🧐😫😫👎🏽!! And the hand towel needed replacing.. The floor towel was wet and felt like it hadn't been changed in aaages... Window In the bedroom was not clean and has crumbs, dust and mold along the frame. Also i had noticed the carpet looked as if it needed a vacum.. Oddly the cupboard smelt like it had been smoked in.. also a bright light outside our wind peeked thru the curtains from time to time..constsnt banging noises and perhaps dodgy pipework keeped us awake thru the night, situated next to the toilets so mayb the door was Extremely loud in there?? unfortunate for us.. but we sleeped in and as the breakfast came with the stay we were hopeful. Unfortunately through to our disadvantage the previous guests has eaten all the fruit and only 1 strawberry yogurt were left.. No butter 4 toast..only the cheap plastic spread..🤢so we were out of luck for our breakfast.. as it happened some woman who was also in the breakfast room started telling me all the problems about people eating the breakfasts..lol.. if you offer free breakfast included..then just feed the hungry ppl.. very much concerned her obviously.. I get it.. didn't wanna hear her problems tho..lol.. Could do with some decent coffee and a plunger also there was no juice left and only 1 type of milk... I felt dissapointed this time round inconsistent and I won't come back again if this is the Taki here.. the woman also told me the staff were all asleep and the restaurant won't open till 3pm.. so my chance of getting a decent coffee in-house was nill.. lol.. For the 75 bucks I paid 4 the night 4 2ppl..bed share.. needs a bit of tlc and attention to detail..been in the hospo for nearly 40 years myself..its the little things that count!!! Good wifi n warm room.
