We loved every second we spent here! The resort was nice for the value, the private beach was amazing, and the beach service was excellent. We had a suite overlooking the ocean and it would be perfect to accommodate a small family. It had the luxury of a kitchen, two balconies, and a separate living room. Though we only ate breakfast at Spike n Tees because we had a breakfast credit, it was really very good. The reviews weren’t great for the restaurants so we left the resort for lunch & dinner. The beach had a full service restaurant & bar, large chess board, corn hole, large Jenga, volleyball net, and kids play area. The food was actually pretty good and there are plenty of drink options to accommodate everyone.

This resort was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. The area was so clean and quiet and peaceful. It was exactly what I was hoping for and better than I imagined. We will be back!

Olivia was fabulous. She was on top of our every request. She was very helpful and super friendly. Olivia checked on us periodically throughout the day. She always had a smile on her face, and she always asked if we needed anything. We loved her!!

We were customers of the Diplomat for many years, staying there several times a year…we just had a long weekend reservation and were to arrive on Friday and needed to check out Tuesday. We arrived at our Allegiant airlines to board Friday morning and were notified that there was a global tech outage and all flights were canceled. I contacted Diplomat immediately to let them know our situation, but it took 14 calls for someone to answer the phone. At that time after explaining, Marcie at the desk, said there was nothing she could do. She told us to contact to management. When we emailed to management and explained that we were not asking for a refund of our deposit, we just wanted a credit to use that deposit at a later time. We were told that we had lost our deposit, and other people had the same problem but they took later flights or drove there. We explained that there were no other flights available from our airlines for the weekend and 16 hour drives each way for a weekend was not possible. It’s very frustrating that we won’t be returning customers, and they would rather keep that deposit than have the rest of the reservation money soon, along with future stays.

Beach Club is phenomenal during the month of July we visited the beach club 3 or 4 times our food and beverage servers were PHENOMENAL Jakayla Jaimie Cheryl And Amanda at the bar! Wow! Our beach host Justin is an absolute customer service genius. He is simply outstanding at anticipating needs, setting up your beach set up exactly like you want it, and everything is possible - absolutely everything . Ask for Justin for your beach set up and any of the 4 servers for your food and beverage
