The suite was a lovely room with excellent facilities. Enjoyed the pool.

Room was clean enough, but had some black mould in the windows and also in the kettle! Bed was super comfortable.
Shower was ok, but wasn't exactly "powerful".
The room had a strange set of windows that looked into the bedroom...with no way of closing or obscuring then.
Heating controls didn't seem to work.
The window did not open so it was difficult to get fresh air.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional from the youngish gentleman who checked us in to Julie at the breakfast reception. Probably one of the very best breakfasts we’ve ever had including many 5* hotels. Julie is also an amazing ambassador.
Excellent pool and gym plus huge car park at just £6 - we all hate paying that extra charge but they all do it now.

Breakfast was disappointing, overcooked bacon. have stayed in Radisson hotels before but this was not to their usual high standard
