We thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at the Long Man inn. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with helpful information provided about the surrounding area - the Long Man is nearby! Delicious breakfast and friendly staff made the stay. We hope to return!

Delicious lunch.. we chose a pork & leek ploughmans which came with artisan bread, very fresh salad (not just a garnish), celery etc. and also the smoked salmon w/potato cake and horseradish sauce plus a super fresh delicious side salad.. a generous portion. The pub has been renovated but still retains it's icharacter, and its nformal, comfotable and friendly atmosphere. Staff attentive, friendly and helpful.

A nights stay at the Long Man Inn
I stayed for one night and really loved my time there. The room was so lovely and clean, bathroom was beautiful. I slept so well and then had a yummy breakfast! Thank you! Would recommend!

A proper pub with rooms. Friendly staff and a clean comfortable room made for a lovely stay after walking the South Downs way from Eastbourne. Evening meal was very nice and breakfast was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic night away.
Stayed for a business trip.
Everyone was very friendly, ended up staying up too late drinking the local ale with the regulars.
Food was amazing the rooms are comfortable and everything seems new.
Will stay again.

Stopped here for lunch mid walk. We both had the prawn Marie Rose sandwich, it was super tasty on lovely fresh malted bread. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff would highly recommend. Good selection of non alcoholic drinks and local beers. Will be back on our next holiday

Nice and clean place
Nice clean place to stay.The double bed was a bit small and the mattress was soft so struggled to sleep well . Breakfast on Sunday was served at 830 ,felt that was a bit. Apart from that great place to stay
