Resort with open space with lots of trees, villas interspersed quite harmoniously hidden in green space, buffet breakfast with enough food but not diverse. I just had a terrible experience here. The swimming pool was fixed until the end of April without notice. The rooms were broken in every way, the air conditioner was broken and it took forever to fix it, the bed was crawling with ants, the room key was broken, the bathtub wouldn't drain, the breakfast was poor. Then when it was time to check out, the staff even reported to our group for no reason that they had taken some damn lamp or something. Who would take that flashlight for? I argued and got so mad, when I went in there was no lamp. When I left they demanded a lamp!!! Never come back, too shabby, I've never seen a 4 star resort do business like this!!!
