Resort with open space with lots of trees, villas interspersed quite harmoniously hidden in green space, buffet breakfast with enough food but not diverse. Although the rooms have tried very hard to spray insecticide, there are still quite a lot of ants and mosquitoes. However, in return, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, guides guests very dedicatedly and quickly, the room price is suitable for the quality provided. A place you should go!.

I just had a terrible experience here. The swimming pool was fixed until the end of April without notice. The rooms were broken in every way, the air conditioner was broken and it took forever to fix it, the bed was crawling with ants, the room key was broken, the bathtub wouldn't drain, the breakfast was poor. Then when it was time to check out, the staff even reported to our group for no reason that they had taken some damn lamp or something. Who would take that flashlight for? I argued and got so mad, when I went in there was no lamp. When I left they demanded a lamp!!! Never come back, too shabby, I've never seen a 4 star resort do business like this!!!

We had a great stay in a very nice room with an outdoor bathroom. The pool and the entire complex are clean. The selection of food and drinks is also great. During our stay in January there were only a few guests, so we had the complex almost to ourselves.

The swimming pool has broken tiles that are dangerous for children. So the pool was temporarily closed for more than 10 hours and there was no solution to deal with the many broken tiles in the pool. The room I stayed in had power outages twice, the first time for 10 minutes and the second time at 10pm for more than 20 minutes. The wifi was very poor and inaccessible.
