Spray Beach Hotel

Although we enjoyed our short stay in the oceanfront dune view room on the 1st floor, the management was incredibly unhelpful and rude. When I checked in, I made sure to mention that I reserved a $25 breakfast credit at Drift Bar and Grill which can be found on their website under offers (picture attached). After being told by two different front desk members that the credit will be taken off after the bill was charged to the room, the credit was never applied to my account. While checking out, the "system was down" and the front desk staff was unable to print me or send me a copy of my receipt with all charges. They didn't even mark down that I returned the two beach badges that they charge $75 dollar a piece for. After speaking with three different staff members on the phone over the course of two days, I was finally emailed a copy of my receipt, however none of the staff members were able to explain the random charges/lack of breakfast credit that was applied to my account. When I finally got in touch with the manager, Josephine, she was incredibly unhelpful and rude. She seemed bothered that I called and would not honor the breakfast credit even though it's clearly written on their website. Also, she was unable to inform me of any of the charges, even blamed "MY computer" for the error. This response and attitude is absolutely unacceptable for a motel that charges $600 dollars a night. I will never stay here again solely due to the unprofessional management and staff at this hotel.

For the price daily room service should not have to be asked for. The pool wasn’t open and neither was the restaurant. Again for the price these things should have been offered or at least we should have been told they were not available. The renovation of the rooms is very nice and you made great use of the space. I especially liked the walk in shower.
