We had a beautifully updated 1 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor. We stayed 5 nights and it was very comfortable for 2 adults and 1 teen. We didn’t use the pool and hot tub but used the bbq’s, clam cleaning room (cleaned salmon) and free washer and dryer, which was just 1 floor down. All were great. The grounds and trails to the beach are well maintained. I can’t say enough good things about the 3 different front desk staff members that we encountered! They all made our stay memorable in one way or another. We will definitely be booking again for next year.

From the moment we entered the Breakers we were greeted with such warm hospitality. An unfortunate encounter had left us stranded for the holiday weekend and we were searching for any accommodations. We did a quick Google Maps search and located the Breakers. I contacted them immediately and they quickly confirmed that there was availability. They provided us with a lovely 1 bedroom condo with a nice beach/water horizon view. The condo was very clean, comfortable and with everything we would need for our stay. The grounds were very well maintained, the pool/spa area so nice and a very quick walk to the incredible sandy beach. We were just unbelievably impressed with management and the facilities. We will most definitely return to the Long Beach and will most definitely stay at the Breakers.

Checkin time was late and 11am checkout was firm. Room was clean and bright but no ocean view only large grass area and seagrass. No outdoor showers to rinse off in before or after the outdoor adult hot tub use, but the outdoor adult hot tub was lovely. Indoor pool complex did not have enforced adult time after 10 pm and was deafeningly noisy. There was only one shower in the women’s restroom to rinse off in and since it had a shower curtain it was used for very long showers by individuals. No shower by the pool. I would question the health safety of the indoor hot tub which was very crowded. Nice covered outdoor gathering area with grills and sink and picnic tables. A nice venue for families and reunions but not for couples.

First time to The Breakers. We all had a blast. Perfect place for family. Fairly close walk to Beach. Kite Festival close by. Rooms nice and clean. We plan on going back every year and start a new family tradition.

Our family of 35-40 people has been going to the breakers for our annual family reunion for maybe 40 years or so???. It is the perfect place for reunions. The ability to book condos for each family, and stay all in one place is the best. The meeting room is perfect for our evening all group get together. Some of the condos could use a bit of updating but even the ones that need that are comfortable and clean! But the best part is the customer service. The staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of, every need met. They have kindly changed reservations at the last minute. We have already booked for next year!! The location on the discovery trail makes it a nice walk into town and the large fields give us a nice place to hang out and play games. Truly a favorite place to stay.

It really is a great place to stay. Clean and well kept grounds and rooms. Staff is very helpful. We have been going here off and on for over 30 years, so that says a lot about our continuing to return. They also have a nice pool and hot tub. Definitely competitive rates with the rest of the area. Great family accommodations, but quiet for seniors or couples also. We definitely recommend The Breakers.
