We got a double room and added a roll-a-bed for our family of five. It was clean and comfortable, with a microwave and refrigerator. The staff is friendly, with an amazing standout in Lorrayne, the breakfast lady! She's so helpful, responsive, kind, and fun. She even gave us a great idea for adding malt to our waffle mix for the same flavor as the waffle mix at the breakfast station❤️. She's so great with all the kids at the hotel and just friendly with everyone. Thanks Lorrayne!

Lorrayne in the breakfast area was incredibly friendly and helpful. We would go back just to visit with her. Thank you for a peaceful nights sleep and excellent free breakfast!

We stayed at the Best Western to be near friends as we came in for a dear friend’s birthday. Sadly, when getting to our room, the air was not working, we called and they sent a tech up who informed us it could not be fixed but offered us a floor standing fan. Important to note, it was warmer than expected! To get any cooler air we had to sleep with window open which allowed in heat, light and road noise!!! When asked about another room, front desk couldn’t identify one til after we left (and only offered a queen if they had one) for the party leaving us to sleep in a warm and humid room! When questioned, they offered us 5,000 points or about $25 value!

Lorraine, the breakfast attendant was friendly, helpful and service oriented. She wanted to help people and was interested in why you were there. She was timely and a great representative of a Best Western Inn.

We are very pleased with our room and the housekeeper, especially Donna Lynn. She went out of her way to make sure everything was okay. Even went downstairs to get us a bath mat. The stuff is very friendly Lorraine, the breakfast lady is so amazing, friendly and had a lot of stories to share with us. We will be back again. Can't wait for our next adventure here!

Great value for the money and location. The staff were friendly and professional. The room we stayed in was one they have set aside for folks traveling with pets and we found it clean and satisfactory. It was a bit smallish and the toilet wasvery low. The breakfast lady, Lorrayne is great and fun to talk with. She made sure we knew what was available and that there was plenty of it. I met the gal taking care of our room, Dawna Lynn, while eating breakfast and found her to be quite nice along with being very helpful. The front desk staff whose names I sadly cannot recall were equally as great as these two ladies. It's not a fancy place for sure but it was comfortable, clean and right where we needed it.

The noise from the laundry room was unbearable. Unfortunately this is where the only two accessible rooms are. Don't accept those rooms because once you are in them, the hotel staff don't care and they make no effort to make it right. First and likely last experience with BW
