Frangipani Resort

This family owned hotel is great. It’s directly on the beautiful Meads Bay. Lovely staff all around. Loved that the pool was so close to the beach. We never had to fight for pool or beach chairs! The Straw Hat restaurant was very good, not one bad meal. We met some great people also staying there. Easy to get to know other guests since there’s only a few! We will definitely be back.

We have stayed here back in 2023 and were impressed with both the hotel and the staff. Located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, every detail has been taken care of , the on site restaurant is always at its best, the rooms are clean and comfortable. John and his people spoil you endlessly. If you are looking for the perfect place to just relax and enjoy, this is it

Thank you to John and the rest of The Frangipani Team for a much needed vacation, away from the hustle & bustle of NYC. With my mother in law joining us for our 2nd trip to Anguilla, she absolutely enjoyed her time gazing out at the turquoise waters, fluffy white clouds and the numerous yachts sailing by. We had rooms 7A/B this time around, the view was spectacular of the bay, beach and pool below us. Our initial travel leg, first to St Maarten had issues leaving JFK, but all was resolved after 2 grueling hours sitting on the plane going no where. When we finally arrived to Frangi’, Daniel who remembered us from our first visit, provided new tumblers and it came with a tasty Rum Punch, if you desired one, of course I partook after a long day of traveling. My daughter used the inflatable bench/tube constantly with other kids she had met and Jamon pulled them in the speed boat in the bay for almost 2 hours a day! Prior to leaving we booked rooms again for next Spring, which shows how we love Anguilla, John and his Team and the resort itself. Thank you and we’ll see you all again next April!!!

We spent an amazing week at the Frangipani. John and the entire staff were wonderful and so attentive. Rita, who looks after the villa on property, was incredible and went above & beyond to help return something that we left behind. We can't wait to return and spend more time on this gorgeous island and property!

We really enjoyed the quaintness of the resort. John the GM was amazing. He took my husband golfing, and it was a highlight of the trip. All the staff were helpful and friendly The resort has a spectacular beach, and you can do water sports for free. We would like to take our kids back soon. We loved the resort!

My wife and I had planned to visit Frangipani in May 2025. We booked our trip and submitted a deposit to secure our hotel stay. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel. When coordinating with John, we were assured that as long as we canceled outside the 60-day window, we would receive a refund. Upon notifying him of our cancellation, he informed us that our refund would be processed within five business days. However, as we now reach the end of day seven, we have yet to receive it. We had intended to visit Anguilla this summer or early winter, but given this experience, we will not be booking with this establishment again. It is disappointing that it has come to this, but if this reflects their level of customer service, we prefer to avoid staying at this hotel. If you are considering booking with them and there is any chance you may need to cancel, please keep this in mind. I have now had to dispute the charges, providing email correspondence from John confirming that I would receive my refund within the promised timeframe.
