Stayed first in October 2023, and then again in October 2024. Was a little concerned based on the reviews in the past couple months (in 2024) that this hotel had been on the decline since our last stay- where we were happy with the quality of this hotel. Turns out the quality has not declined and we were just as happy as our prior stay. The free breakfast is great as far as free breakfasts go, love the yogurt station and oatmeal options- feels like they actually put some effort into the free breakfast which is appreciated. Fitness center is nice and up-to-date, rooms are spacious and the large fridge and freezer is great to have. Only thing we noticed that was worse was the $10/night parking, which for the area seems predatory. Plenty of people have noted that, and yes that is a sore spot. Other than that, great stay- thank you!

I would like to bring to your attention that there is a gathering in the courtyard that is playing karaoke music at a volume that is quite disruptive. The guests appear to be quite loud, and the noise is audible even while the television is on. Additionally, I have been informed that the front desk is unable to address the noise level until 10 PM on a weekday. If I had been aware that such an event would be taking place, I would have reconsidered my decision to stay here and would not recommend this establishment to others. There are numerous alternative accommodations available that may offer a more pleasant experience.

Terrible parking. Okay breakfast. 2 bath towels for 2 guests for 2 days!! Housekeeping only services every other day! Shower was extremely difficult to regulate temperature. Tiny pool. Paper thin walls that left us disturbed. Not worth the price.

Hotel is dirty and had a smell in the hallways that was a combination of Asian fish stir fry and vomit. Originally thought it was someone cooking one night and would go away but it never did. Most disgusting smell. Rooms were worn. Define Lott on the do stay list. On the plus side showers were nice

Supposed to get housekeeping every other day. Nope. It's written on their app and website and I opted into it. Nope. So don't trust this hotel. It's not hard to actually do your jobs. I am currently stuck here two more nights. Don't bother to stay at a place that cant be bothered to do their jobs.

Upon arrival for a June 21 thru 25 stay we requested a refresh each day. Front desk acknowledged my request. Morning of 23rd I asked for the sheets to be changed as well. When we came back to the hotel that evening the room had not been touched. By then Housekeeping had left for the day. The Front desk apologized profusely and luckily found us a new room. We had to move all our stuff to the new room. No offer of help. That night my wife found the shower in the new room to be scalding - almost no cold water at all. We reported this the next morning expecting this to be rectified. On the evening of the 24th we knew a maint. worker had been in our room because the towels hung in the shower by housekeeping were soaked. Now there was no hot water after 15 minutes of trying; only cold. Again front desk managed to find a vacant room for us to shower in that evening (because we were not about to move again). To Element's credit they did not argue or make excuses. The manager put full points for both nights back into our account. Where the front desk and mgmt was most helpful: Housekeeping and Maintenance can't seem to "get it". The whole experience will have us looking for a different Marriott/Bonvoy hotel in Lone Tree for future visits. We are Titanian Elite members and visit the Denver area multiple times per year. No second chances for Element here!

Always a wonderful experience. We stay at this location always visiting our family in the Lone Tree/ Parker areas. Friendly and welcoming staff . Rooms are exceptionally clean and very desirable for working remotely or just hanging leisurely . The morning breakfasts are plentiful and this location is so convenient .

Nothing works, construction zone. Go somewhere else! Bathroom door broken. Lights don't work. Lobby bathrooms don't work. Parking limited and expensive. Gym closed under construction. Breakfast decent. Staff good, doing best they can.

The staff is amazing! Fresh made pancakes amazing! Great coffee and hot chocolate bar! I do love this hotel! I find Marriott’s new parking charge every level but Ambassador. They share parking with other businesses who rent spaces? Maybe? I know my 10 parking fee cost 17 with service charge . Sadly disappointing 😭

Well what can I say here. Thanksgiving weekend stay. Front desk easy check in. She tells us that housekeeping is spotty and boy was she right. But hey, you know I'm not really making that much of a mess and I can sleep in a bed without changing the sheets for a few days,,and also worst is when housekeeping knocks on your door early in morning or you're trying to get back in room and they are cleaning,,, I was good with no housekeeping Heat was kind of whacky either it was full blast or cool air ,, but I got it down ,,, room was great size and comfort and great view of mountains,, Breakfast was a solid 9.5 ,,, great selection of stuff juices, cereal, oatmeal, breads, eggs the full monty ,, a really great breakfast deal,,, also fitness room was also great with treadmills and weights and they had a pool wow,, so there was definitely some dysfunction in how the place was run but I didn't care cause I'm good with that,,, also a family had a Thanksgiving pajama party in the lobby at nite,, that was cool,, I mean there were no rules here you could do whatever you want and I liked that ... Oh and I found housekeeping one day on my floor and asked to clean my room and they did and gave me new towels a nd for like $113 a niter its all a great deal and like is good cause we're in America with freedom,,,

We stayed here for two nights and had a great experience! It was the nicest pet friendly hotel we’ve stayed at so far and the pet fee was pretty reasonable at $50. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the free breakfast was delicious! Great hotel, we will definitely be back!

We have usually loved Element hotels so we were really looking forward to our stay at this property. The location was convenient and parking was easy, but it felt like this property needed an upgrade. For one thing, the hallways were super dark….almost seemed like light bulbs must have been removed to save money or something? We skipped the breakfast as it, too, felt like a step down from what we have seen at other Elements.

The manger and staff were beyond helpful, the rooms were so clean, and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if in town for business or just for a night out. They have a few nights a week they do beer and wine on tap, with cheese and crackers. Again highly recommend this place will be back very soon.

Michael checked us in, and he was phenomenal!!!!! He is very professional, efficient, and just made our stay wonderful. He definitely stays busy at the front desk, but he is absolutely on top of everything! The room was spotless. It is an older hotel, but it is very clean and well maintained. We faced the side and we heard a lot of 1-25 noise. It didn't bother us, but it may others. Parking was abundant, the breakfast was very good, and there were plenty of supplies in the room.

What a fabulous hotel! Clean, spacious, and reasonably priced! The staff were all helpful and courteous, particularly Mike and Finn at the front desk, who took special care of our requests and greeted us by name with a smile every time we came and went. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in the Lone Tree area!
