My friend and I stayed 1 nigjt in a twin room which was on ground floor. Quite worn room and certainly could do with upgrading and bathroom very small with no window or ventilation. Only had 1 hand towl, no robes or slippers - I had to ask housekeeping who were very good and friendly. There was meant to be a fan in the room but it wasnt there so again housekeeping sorted that. No in room information to show menus etc only a bar code to scan. Corridor to room very dated, leisure centre definitely needs updated, no one supervising 2 very boisterous gorls who were throwing things, trying to dtown other, running, jumping into pool and at one point nearly jumped on a young girl who was with her parents. I know other hotels witb pools would have staff in the oool reception who would come out and address such behaviour but nobody did. The kids mum was sitting i reception of leisure centre watching , she did noting either. To be honest it put us both off as we wanted to relax which was hard with 2 rough screaming girls aged about 8/9. Pool water cold so you need to keep moving which is hard with girls throwing floats and balls everywhere. I moved them out of the pool but they kept throwing them back in. Bar and restaurant area is lovely , modern although we ate out due to lack menu . Overall we wont be back unless rooms and leisure facilities got sorted out .

Whilst I have stayed at this hotel before, this time our experience was not so good. The en-suite bathroom was very poor. The shower and bath were old and the shower wasn’t working properly and the bath had a fault. We did notify the staff and asked for a different room but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. We didn’t ask for a reduction in the price but we thought the management might of offered but they didn’t, which was somewhat disappointing.

I organised a bus trip and we stopped here for dinner on our return journey. I cannot fault one thing. The food was served on time it was hot and delicious. Staff were lovely and very quick to serve each course. I really cannot fault our experience. Thank you to the chef his team, waiters and waitresses and not forgetting Emma.. thank you to everyone who gave us a fantastic meal to end our day

We booked the presidential suite which was 400 a night. On arrival we checked in. Done late check out which was 15 a hour extra. Wanted to get breakfast in bed but was told they don’t do that on a Sunday ! That was a bit of a let down. we loved the jazuzzi in room. You also had small selection of cakes and 2 small bottles of bubbly. Down sides was there was no Netflix on tv. No fridge which you would expect in a room of this price. Have to say tho we got a mini fridge delivered and ice which helped. The staff member said they were working on the internet issues regarding no internet Netflix and films (only old style tv). Families and couples want to chill and watch a movie in evening. I have to say this eating could have been perfect if breakfast room Service was available Internet was fixed and fridge was put in a suite of this price. Staff was lovely tho and food in restaurant was nice. I’m given the stay average as the amount we paid on room and the issues stated above. Change that and would have been perfect. 🤩

A catch up with friends!!! We had a fabulous dining experience at the Whitehorse Hotel. We each enjoyed our food immensely!! Desserts 😋!!! Fabulous food first class service and great cocktails!!! Definitely our regular catch up destination!! Beautiful restaurant.

Ticks all the boxes, Hotel has everything needed for a great stay, pool, Hot tubs gym and clise to golf course, and a great beer garden, resteraunt food was exceptional, great atmosphere at bar and Hassan as always looked after us, great guy who we have got to know over the year, all in all great value and we will return.

Hotel discreto in posizione comoda con parcheggio vicino alla città di Derry. Camere piccole ma complete, colazione scarsa e con poca scelta per chi ha esigenze alimentari diverse. A 5 minuti di auto dalla città. In complesso discreto per una notte.
