Premier Inn Derry / Londonderry hotel

It was ok, some confusion with the booking and a bit slow to sort it out.

It would be nice if they would also put even 1 bottle of water. And have some toothbrush even if the guess will pay. However overall is good the cleanliness the the bed is very comfortable.

GOOD HOTEL

It’s located a little bit outside of Derry. The rooms were clean - Premier inn standard. The prices were ok. We also bought the breakfast and i have to say that we were a little bit disappointed - in other Premier Inn hotels there is much more too choose - the bread was not existing?? Just some toast.. and some small toaster which was barely working - fix it!

My stay at the Premier Inn Derry was extremely disappointing. The toilet in my room was in a disgraceful condition and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. On arrival and throughout my stay, there were no staff available at reception to assist with any issues or answer questions, making it difficult to raise concerns. To make matters worse, no cook turned up to prepare the advertised hot breakfast, leaving guests without the service they had paid for. Overall, the experience fell well below the standards I expect from Premier Inn, and I was very dissatisfied with the quality of service provided.

Just a Huge shout out to anyone visiting Derry this is the place to stay. Stayed in many a premier inn and have never been disappointed however the staff at the Derry one are outstanding particularly Gareth on reception nothing was too much trouble my problem was sorted in minutes. Efficient service with a smile

We have just returned from Derry we stayed at the Premier inn crescent link it was a ten minute bus journey into Derry City centre bus stop outside the Premier Inn this was my first time staying in a Premier Inn and it most certainly didn't disappoint the staff were so polite and helpful the rooms were basic but spotlessly clean the breakfast in the morning was plentiful you just helped yourself it really was an unlimited breakfast the evening meal was delicious and had a good choice my sister is gluten free and she was well catered for again the staff at meal times couldn't be more helpful if I return to Derry I will most definitely use this Premier inn I'm booked into the Lester square premier inn in London for the end of August 2026 And hope it's as good

Would not recommend. As usual, sleeping facilities are good, was no air con so was struggling. Room was clean and tidy nothing wrong at all with the room. Although, the attached restaurant needs shut down or completely refurbished. Food was rotten , would not bother spending the money. I know it’s a pub, but my goodness. The staff - i don't even have words. Its like they have NO customer service training whatsoever, i felt so uncomfortable when someone was approaching. They were very quiet and they seemed very awkward when speaking to us. They also came across in a way that we were inconveniencing them?? We were only here for one night, but couldn’t sleep due to the people above us doing what sounded like a just dance party for about 3 hours straight, i know thats not down to the hotel…. But people have no respect. Definitely would not come back, theres other hotels within a 10 minute drive, go there instead.

Very nice stay our room was very clean, modern & comfortable. Breakfast & evening meals were nice with plenty of choices. I cannot praise the staff highly enough for their warm welcome, friendliness, helpfulness & their charm. Location was good for getting into the city.
