We arrived late but the inn keeper (Vince) was so helpful, understanding and accommodating. Refreshing to find such great service. The room was clean and neat. Quaint little place. Love it! Will recommend 👍🏼

Older hotel. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Fair price for the area. Overall i would give 5 stars but the rooms are old and not 4/5 star level. Clean and comfortable.

This property has the potential to be a truly lovely gem! We came here for a ski weekend. The skiing was excellent but the accommodations were severely lacking. Be aware of the dated rooms, thin walls, and noisy pipes. I don’t think I slept for more than five consecutive minutes during our stay due the cacophony of sounds that resounded in our room. There were multiple barking dogs, television voices from neighboring rooms, heavy feet from the floor above, as well as, heating radiators that pinged and gurgled all night long. The condition of the room needed attention: dirty walls, water marks, and dust covered lamp shades. There are positives present and they are terrific. The proximity to Magic Mountain Ski cannot be beat! Walk over with skis in hand and return quickly back for a drink immediately following your final run. The on property bar and restaurant were delicious and the server was delightful! Dinner offered a nice variety and nightly specials. Reservations are needed. Breakfast was a buffet fit for a full day on the slopes. There was also a large great room with a fireplace, games, and comfy chairs!

It was okay for what we needed…a place to sleep for the night. The price was right, so I wasn’t expecting much but this place is in serious need of some TLC. Its proximity to the ski slope is certainly a draw but for anything else, I’m probably going to stick with Manchester in the future.

We stayed at the Upper Pass Lodge in August and the stay was wonderful. The accomodations were just right, with comfortable beds, an extra room with 2 bunks, ac, and plenty of space. We had a room witha private deck which was nice to enjoy the outdoors. The meals in the retaurant were good and the service excellent. The manager, Vince, treated us like old friends and was alway attentive.

Checked in just before 7pm and them ran into town for dinner came back after 9pm room was about 85 degrees and musty ac off. Would have left and drove home but about 4 hrs away and had tired kids. And last room. The house keeper could have left a/c on knowing room was rented. Just staying 1 night and thats to much.

friendly person, cute first floor.
overall run down facility. Room was tiny and the wall air conditioning didnt work. IIt was 85 in there when we went in. They didnot mention the standalone cooling unit in the wardrobe area...
The pool was green-ish and very cold.
In a pinch it's fine but I would not choose to visit again
