The location is good, very close to the subway station. The hotel staff was very happy to help. We arrived at the hotel before check-in time. The staff helped us to store our luggage. We also boiled water in the hotel tea room. The rooms are neat and clean, the basic facilities are overall satisfactory. But there is a problem, that is, I did not notice that this hotel is not provided with free wifi before booking the hotel. Because I have the data of the mobile phone card, I actually feel that there is no problem without wifi. However, I found that the hotel room basically could not receive the data signal of the mobile phone card (most of the time there was no cell). I specifically tried to receive the signal in the hotel lobby. As soon as the door was pushed out of the hotel, the signal was full. This is very unsatisfactory.

Good location, many shops around, close to the station. There is almost no heating, so wear more clothes. The service is OK and relatively clean. Excessive energy saving and water saving is a problem that this type of hotel has to face.

The room is simple and clear, and the facilities are perfect; The environment is quiet, but it is 400 meters away from the North Aiketon subway station, which is convenient for travel; The surrounding supermarkets are complete, close to the IC/UAL student dormitory, and cost-effective.

The hotel room was clean and spacious and had everything we deserve. The location was ok. There is a supermarket nearby. Service super friendly and satisfying. Equipment very good.

Nice environment, close to the subway, you can walk to the Tower of London attractions, the staff at the front desk are warm and attentive, soothing, rich breakfast, reasonable prices, new hotel, clean rooms, the first choice for your next visit .

Very central hotel with a very filling English breakfast. It doesn't vary from day to day, but there is an all-you-can-eat buffet of bread, beans, bacon, roasted tomatoes, scrambled eggs, a mix of pasta and fruits, milk, yogurt, etc. For us, the only drawback is that they don't make the rooms. You can ask for your towels and tea to be changed and in that case, they will remove the trash; but the beds no day.

Overall is good and convenient. Only setback was I requested hit a quiet room while booking but was given a room that facing railways which could here the noise whenever every train passed by
