Check in was super smooth and very friendly. The room itself was small, but big enough our needs for the week.
The staff were nice, but not very aware of surrounding issues.
My son got locked in the downstairs toilets and was screaming and screaming and not one member of staff moved an inch until my wife went looking for him, only then did the staff on reception move to see what was wrong, unfortunately that left a nasty taste in my mouth as it showed me a clear lack of care towards not only customers but to children.
The rooms were clean and tidy, it did take 5 nights for the bedsheets / duvet covers to be changed, they were made daily but not swapped for fresh ones.
Towels were plentiful and swapped daily tough.
The daily breakfast was nice with a selection of fresh fruits, cereals and croissants, They also had a selection of hot food such as sausage, bacon, mushrooms, scrambled egg and even vegan sausages if you like them. My only complaint was the scrambled egg were not seasoned at all and required quite a lot of extra seasoning.
You could also make fresh toast with a selection of different jams and Nutella. And also get fresh coffee, tea or hot chocolate, although each day one of the 2 machines were broken, it seemed to change each day.
They also had fresh orange and apple juice, But the machine seemed to be broken quite alot of the time and they provided it in small dispensers, unfortunately these tasted watered down.
Overall the room is nice, decent breakfast, pretty good location and the price not that bad but I expected a bit better.
We were visiting London for one night and it was the perfect place to stay! It’s located within 30 minutes from every famous landmarks and places, very clean, hospitable, helpful & especially for budget travelers I would highly recommend staying at the hotel. The bed was super comfy too 🙏🏼
Lovely hotel in a great part of London, with lots of amazing bars and restaurants. Room was smaller than expected but not a problem as we were out exploring London anyway.
Wonderful Hotel! Clean updated and has AC! Lighting colour change, big TV. Olympics was on.
There are extending at the other side so we didn’t get affected by the noise. Food places are close by, and a nice walk along the canary.
The location for a taxi is abit hard to find. And the toilets are abit small. But a great stay! Staff polite and helpful. Thank you
I enjoyed my stay here. The walk from the tube station at night is a bit daunting but it's fine. There are lots of restaurants around too if needed.
The receptionist/ hotel manager (Cigdem) greeted me and showed me to my room personally, she was very nice and helpful.
The room was very good. Had a fridge and a kettle and a nice little bathroom.
Perfect location, right outside the metro. Easy checkin and checkout. Excellent breakfast with lots of options, and the restaurant menu is nice as well. Room is nice, but bathroom is small. Cleaningness wasnt the best, one of the days they didnt even take the trash out. But in general I would recommend and stay there again.
The hotel is very new and clean, like an apartment, with the subway (dlr) right downstairs, the room is not damp and has no musty smell, the only downside is that the shower water is difficult to adjust, it is very hot, and there is no luggage rack. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.
Good value stay in this well-located capsule-style hotel. Right in the centre of Bethnal Green near the tube station, bus stop, museums, York Hall leisure centre, and various restaurants. Felt fairly safe for a lone female traveller. The compact Queen room was small, as expected, but well designed and did not feel too claustrophobic for one person. The bathroom was nicely decorated, clean and warm. Large TV with various apps (login required). Nespresso machine but no kettle or fridge. The room (on the third floor) looked straight out to the railway line and restaurants under the arches, but the soundproofing was excellent and the blackout blind seemed effective so I had a good night's sleep. Staff were helpful (providing me with a knife and fork to eat a takeaway, for example) but the self-check in/out was unnecessarily complicated, which meant the staff felt they had to be on hand to help guide you through it all the time anyway! Breakfast was included in my room rate but was a little disappointing - no decaffeinated coffee or herbal teabags, fairly limited hot food (bacon, scrambled eggs, beans and hash browns). However the pastries, cereals and so on looked good. Would stay again if a good price was available.
The room is not big, but there is an elevator access card. The service is OK. It is a quiet place in a busy city. Although the hotel is old, the facilities are very new. There is air conditioning and a hair dryer. It is quite suitable for one person.
The hotel was extremely clean and the front-desk service was also great. The breakfast was delicious for the price (in our case, this was already included in the booking fee, but if I remember well it's around 5gbp). The location is very handy because you're close to everything (well, it's Whitechapel). If you don't know the neighborhood, please google it first to know if it suits your needs and preferences.
One detail: if you're booking a 2 single bed room, privacy is not the best due to the size of the room. The shower only has a (very transparent) glass to separate it from the room, and the toilet is next to it (with a door, luckily) so it's important to have this in mind. Other than that, the neighborhood has everything you need: local restaurants, cafés, a big Tesco Express a few meters away, etc.

Not too bad a location, can get a little uncomfortable at night for solo travellers while heading back as there are few people loitering around. Smart rooms, control panel control the lights and the signs for the door. Compact room but it's cosy for one.
Cons (scary encounter)
Someone rang my doorbell and tried to force open the room door in the middle of the night. Luckily i locked it from the inside and door couldn't be opened. It happened twice within the same night. There was no room phone so i had to call the hotel from my own mobile, and feeling puzzled, 2 staff came up to my room to clarify.
They then told me a drunk 'guest' was 'assisted' to come up the hotel rooms, but she had actually went to the wrong hotel. Weird explanation, because firstly, a room key is needed to access the lift. Secondly, if the person who assisted the drunk guest is a hotel staff who owns a master key since he's able to access the lift, he should've verify her identity prior to allowing the guest up the rooms premises. Its a safety concern. What if I did not lock the room door from the inside? The drunk guest could have just barged in and i as a female, was staying alone.
Lastly, there was no kettle, only 2 bottles of water.
MMichaelFiveThe room can accommodate three people. There is a sofa that can be turned into a bed. The bathroom is very spacious and clean. It is necessary to note that the UK hotel basically has no toothpaste and toothbrush and the slippers need to carry the hotel. The hotel has a buffet breakfast £7.5. An ibis is a choice that I will go to in many countries. The hotel chain Accor Group's blessing quality is very guaranteed and the price is moderate for students to accept

马马Not very pleasant stay experience. Because there is no customer service at the front desk, you have to check in yourself, and you can only give the key after you have paid the deposit, but you have not waited for three or four hours at the hotel to pay the link. In short, it is very ups and downs. The hotel toilet will be full of water after bathing. Because it belongs to the bed and breakfast, no one changed the bath towels to clean the room or the like. There are black spots on the bath towels ... the only benefit is that there is a microwave oven, oven ... you can make light meals.
GGuest UserWe liked the hotel and it’s no frills concept. Our double room was spacious and modern with a well integrated bathroom pod. The staff were friendly and helpful with good tips and a great attitude. The only thing that let the whole process down were the self checkin / checkout screens which did not work very well and only sporadically. Breakfast was not just continental as described but also featured a full English fry up.
HHarshaAnandThis isn’t your normal hotel. It’s a serene religious retreat that houses an old Chapel and provides the rooms on a Bed & Breakfast basis.
Since it’s not a normal hotel, you’ll not have the amenities like room service. But you get a lot of benefits that you don’t get in a hotel.
Rooms which are larger than normal London rooms. Parking (not free, payment using mobile) in a protected compound. Good free continental breakfast. Polite service. Peaceful and serene location, which you can’t believe is in London. A historical location with hundreds of years of history associated with it.
Overall it’s a great place to stay.
