read some bad experiences from the comment. But my first impression was not bad. We are earlier, about 10:00 am, and the room is not ready. We can store our luggage in the reception, really helpful. Our room was upgraded, the room was nice, we have a sitting room and an open kitchen. We enjoy sitting next to the window and enjoying our breakfast there. Overall, the people in the hotel were helpful, the room was beautiful, the location was not bad, and the hotel restaurant was not bad too!
The hotel is out of our expectations, in terms of the space and services provided. The location is not in a crowded area but pretty near to most of the touristy attractions. It’s walking distance to the borough market which is a plus point. Would definitely stay here again if I have chance to visit London next time.
Booking through Trip.com was very easy. They advertised the best price for the hotel room. The hotel is located right next to Liverpool St station so if you are travelling to London and using that station and need a hotel the location is perfect. We were allowed to check in earlier than anticipated which was great, and we could leave our bag at the hotel the next day while we walked around London before getting the evening train back. The breakfast was also very good.
The hotel is very new, and the location is good—it's very close to Blackfriar station. The service quality is good, especially the front desk staff, who was very helpful. Surprisingly, the dinners at two restaurants were very good, and the breakfast was of Hyatt Regency's standard quality.
We are 100% satisfied with our 5 nights stay with Cheval, the best service apartments hotel in London overlooking tower of bridge and tower of london. WE FEEL LIKE HOME. The best location in London. 2 mins walk to Tower of London 5 mins walk to tower bridge. A pier infornt of the hotel which takes us toany attractions by uber boat. The restaurant downstair is fabulous and we celebrated our son's 17th birthday. They serve best pasta. We booked 2 bedrooms apartments and were assigned 7 G very spacious room with fabulous river view. The rooms are equipped with highest facilities great amenities [ top quality shower gel lotion slipper, bath ropes 3pin plug and super super comfortable bed and pillow. ] Their kitchen is very modern equipped with dish washer, fridge and all utensils. They have very big laundry room. We booked Cheval Grand Edinburgh as well for 2 nights stay. Worth the price.
The hotel is located in the financial center of London, with convenient transportation and complete facilities. It is within 45 minutes' walk from various London attractions, which is very suitable for citywalk. The hotel has complete facilities and warm service. It is suitable for business and tourism travel.
The front desk guide is very patient. The whole service was very attentive, treated the children kindly, and gave them small gifts.
1 minute walk from Tower Bridge subway station, convenient travel. It is very suitable if you choose to stop and go in London instead of stepping on the scenic spots.
There is a Chinese restaurant on the first floor. The roast duck is very authentic, and other small dishes are also good. It is the first choice if you want to change the taste occasionally. In addition, there is a Michelin star on the first floor. I don’t have time to try it. I will try it next time.
Great location for the Barbican and City of London. The hotel is made up of rooms in what was a brewery and is an interesting place to stay. The room was small but well equipped and was clean and well maintained. Good place for a couple of nights stay would definitely recommend,
The Ned is an excellent hotel in central London. A big eating area in the same building as the hotel. Very nice spa and gym. Rooms a bit small but nice and quiet.

Yyuzuyu_sherrySmall but beautiful hotel. Very good location, you can take 2 subways on foot, and it is also close to St. Paul's Cathedral. If you are strong enough, you can even walk to famous attractions such as Big Ben. The hotel service is very good, the staff is very enthusiastic and can respond to guests' various needs in a timely manner. The drinks and snacks in the hotel minibar are free, and you can refill them after you finish eating. When we stayed for the second time, they also put children's toiletries and snacks for the children, and the children were very happy. Recommended
