Inn-Telligence Hotel Properties in London

It’s a small three star hotel which has a good and helpful stuff. Though they don’t have lifts but they have a person helping with luggages all the time. I liked the family atmosphere in the hotel. It is clean but the building is quite old and walls are thin to hear the neighbors moaning 😁 . Breakfast is good but they didn’t change the menu for 2 days. Would be better if they change the menu sometimes. I left my luggages there after checking out and when I returned asked to stay there about an hour before my bus arrived. They let me and offered coffee, tea and water. All in all, good experience for a 3 star hotel.

The location is perfect if you are using victori station, or going to see Wicked or Hamilton at the theatre. The address given may not be where your room is as we were directed to a property 4 or 5 doors down. The public areas ( stairs and landing areas ) were very very hot but the room was not as warm. We just opened a couple of windows and all was OK. The room was fine for one night , kettle , toaster and microwave in place and plenty of hot water for the shower. I would stay again if I planned another overnight trip to london .
