We were traveling with our family. The double room was not enough, so we paid to upgrade to a loft suite. It was not bad, but we had to walk up a flight of stairs. The surrounding environment is good, and it is very close to the Earl's Count subway station, which is very convenient to go anywhere.
I had a very pleasant stay at Heeton Concept. As a solo traveller, visiting London for the weekend it was all I needed - a small but tidy single room at a decent price and in a prime location. If you’re on a budget and on a short break, I definitely recommend. The reception staff were also very friendly and accommodating of a later check out request. Thank you!
Very close to Hyde Park, about 10 minutes walk from the subway station, very convenient to the attractions, breakfast is English breakfast, the room is very clean, it is a very good choice in London

When searching for a hotel, I came across Ellen Kensington. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was blown away by the service from the moment I arrived. The building itself inside was stunning, the decor was modern yet cozy with thoughtful touches that made the space feel luxurious. As I was checking in, to my surprise I was graciously upgraded to a beautiful suite! I was specifically delighted to have been welcome by the incredible front desk staff, Bianca, Ines, Bruno and Helen, who were very warm. Their kindness set a tone for an amazing stay. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I will definitely be returning!
Booked an Executive room based on reviews saying the standard rooms were very tiny, but when we checked in, we were assigned a very tiny room on the 2nd floor. The a/c wasn't working even after the front desk reset the system from the central control, so I went to look at another room in the basement which was slightly bigger or at least a less weird shape. But alas, the a/c wasn't working in that room either! Finally we ended up in yet another basement room that was slightly smaller but still a decent layout, which had an independent wall unit a/c (not centrally controlled) and it worked perfectly, so we were set. The room was facing the street so you could sort of see people walking by above you, which didn't bother us because the sheer curtains were always drawn.
The staff at the front desk were patient with trying to resolve our problem but I would have appreciated a bit more proactive problem-solving on their part.
Breakfast was very nice in a cute bar/breakfast room, good enough spread of continental breakfast plus cooked to order dishes.
Lovely hotel to stay at, would happily go back.
When we arrived the staff at reception where helpful and gave us all the information we needed.
When arriving at our room I was pleasantly surprised (after reading other reviews) the room was well presented and it's clear that they have been updated, the only thing I would say is that it appears to be missing the final touches. There was aircon, this was noisy but not an issue for myself and my daughter.
The room we had was small but functional for what we needed.
The bathroom was our only minor issue, when I went into the bathroom upon our arrival it was like a sauna, the bath taps where constantly running (this has been a long standing issue as there are marks from it) and whoever had last been in the room was running hot water so the bathroom was very hot, switched it to cold and the issue resolved.
Lovely peaceful street to stay in minimal noise from the road.
The breakfast was a strange one for us.
When we arrived at breakfast there was toast, cereal, yogurt and pastries that had seen better days.
The hot offer was noodles, chicken mini sausages and beans... Tbf the noodles where lovely just not what we expected for breakfast.
The service is good. I asked in advance not to arrange a basement. All arrangements were made and the attitude was good. Although there is no breakfast, complete tea and fruit are also provided for self-service. The room is small, but this is normal in London. It will be difficult to spread out the suitcases, but it is enough for just one or two nights. The bathroom is big, which beats many hotels in the same price range. You can also check your luggage for free. The environment outside the hotel is also good.
Close to the Earl's Court subway station, a row of white buildings are various hotels. The room is very small and has air conditioning. When I went, the elevator was broken, but there were staff to help carry the suitcases. Do consider tipping.
This is a serviced apartment. Someone will arrange the room and clean it, which is much better than the ordinary apartment. In the separate bedroom, the two children we brought can have their own beds to sleep, and the adults can finally rest well. The kitchen facilities are very complete, there are also dishwashers and microwave ovens, that is, the washing machine actually does not have detergent, but fortunately we bring ourselves or it is quite troublesome. The hotel is some years old and the facilities are slightly outdated. Apart from the absence of slippers and toothbrushes, other bath products are also available. Hotel location is very good, 2 minutes walk from the subway station, there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, many rankings are quite high, it is worth trying. We stayed on the 6th floor, the elevator only went to the 5th floor, and we had to go up another staircase. The hotel didn't have a concierge to help with the luggage. This is not very friendly.
It was a pleasant stay. Location was good as it was walking distance to Earl’s Court Tube Station. So, its easily accessible to various tourists location .Hotels staff were friendly and helped to keep luggage as I had a night flight. The rooms were cleaned and looked new.

LLarisaDespite the fact that it was -1 floor, it did not affect my living and self-awareness. There was a busy Cromwell Road nearby, but the noise did not penetrate the apartments.
Everything was renovated, with new kitchen equipment, silent air conditioners. Professional and friendly employees work at the reception, you can check in around the clock. The maids regularly clean up the garbage and fulfill requests. Of the minuses ... you can only indicate a relatively high cost, but ... this was determined for the most part by the area ...
Ddidi2010The hotel is 500 meters from the subway station and has a variety of restaurants and supermarkets along the way. The hotel breakfast is very rich and the reception desk is very Nice
GGuest UserVery beautiful and clean hotel, the lobby is also very nice, the lady at the front desk is very gentle and even helps to carry the suitcases, it's great 👍🏻
GGuest UserWe stayed 4nights. After we arrived, we found that it was a self service Studio , and studio had a guest team to serve the guests via email/ tel.
The bath room was small and hotel provided us the floor sweeper , I know it may help, but it is just not presentable as a hotel. :)
There were some issue on the shower head and the toilet flush on the first day and the last day of our stay, we asked the team to fix the issues and we finally satisfied our stay.
丁丁#positive #I was happy with the Corridor Soundproofing, Hotel Smell, Convenience of Transport, Room Size, Value for Money, Nearby Shops; #好# Satisfied with the sound insulation of the corridor, the smell of the hotel, the convenience of transportation, the size of the room, the price/performance ratio, and the nearby shops
GGuest UserHotel was good and in a very good location , we booked a double room but it was ridiculously small , there was a double bed but to get in and out of it u had to climb over each other , the bathroom was also tiny with a very cramped shower. It is the smallest bedroom I’ve ever had as a double , it would be a small single . Beware when booking a double that the room will be minute - I checked with the management to be told all doubles were the same size. I wouldn’t stay there again
GGuest UserThe staff is very friendly, hotel located close to tube station with connection to Heathrow.
Rooms are clean but small, ok for budget stay 1 or 2 nights or in summer bit longer. There is nice garden.
I stayed single room perhaps doubles are bit larger.
