The hotel is in Camden and close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Easy walk to the tube although becareful not to mix it up with the Wesley in Euston like I did. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Every thing seems newly refurbished and there are additional hot drinks available at reception. I had a slight problem with the bed but the staff member was appreciative of the feedback. Very positive stay. I'll consider this hotel next time I come to London

Recep service - the lady who served us during the check-in appeared very disinterested and took a long time to locate the booking. the same lady who took the laundry on the second day still appears the same. maybe it's a job fit issue or.. a racist issue? who knows.
the other recep who served us other times were friendly though. in fact, we made a mistake with our booking as we thought we were only leaving the next day, which was in fact not, the manager that day was nice enough to allow us enough time to pack up without charging us.
Housekeeping - the first housekeeping was not exactly up to standard of an international branding. what was used was not replaced, PJs where just thrown aside as the beds were made. however, the next day housekeeping was good.
Room - we told the recep in the evening that the room lobby lights were not working, as they did not have maintainence guy on duty at night, they arrange for the next day. it was promptly attended to the next day.

Clink261 Hostel exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect, just steps away from the main attractions and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me plan my itinerary, even suggesting some hidden gems. The dorms were clean and spacious, and I loved the rooftop terrace where I could unwind after a long day. Although the Wi-Fi was a bit slow in my room, it was fast enough in the common areas. This hostel is ideal for solo travelers or anyone looking for a social, budget-friendly stay. I’ll definitely be back!

There is no ramp at the entrance of the hotel. The biggest problem is that there is no elevator, no elevator, no elevator. The space is cramped, there are only two rooms on each floor. I lived on the top floor, 15, and the stairs are narrow, not kid-friendly. It's hard to carry a bigger suitcase. The room is really small, so my suggestion is that if one person has little luggage and it's OK for a short trip, it's very crowded for two people. There is no desk. How small is the room? You can see everything when you push the door: the bed and the bathroom. One day I was using the computer on the bed, and a man from the room service came in first. He saw me go out, and within an hour a woman unlocked the door and came in again. If I wasn't dressed properly, there would be no place to hide. Speaking of advantages, it is very close to King's Cross Station, and the transportation here is convenient. You don't need to transfer to Heathrow and Luton Airports, and you don't need to transfer to business districts and cultural attractions such as Convent Garden. Although it was difficult for me to carry my luggage, the female staff helped me carry it down and printed documents for me.

This hotel is a 25 minute walk to Euston/ Kings Cross station and a 10 minute walk from Angel tube station, so in a good location for connecting to other areas of London. It was also on many bus routes too! It was a bit on the pricey side, but I suppose to be expected for London. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable. The only downside is that I got a room at the back of the property so there wasn’t much natural light. That being said I was mainly out exploring in the day and also the weather wasn’t great to begin with. I would stay again for ease and convenience.

Close and easy walk from Kings Cross and St. Pancras train stations, about 7-minute walk away. The location also has a few eateries around, making it easy to grab a quick bite nearby.
We booked an accessible double room, and it was spacious, making it easy for us to open and pack our luggage comfortably. This extra space was a definite bonus!
The hotel offers free coffee and tea downstairs, which was a nice touch. However, the coffee comes from an automatic dispensing machine, so expect basic options with regular milk (no oat or plant-based alternatives).Rooms are cleaned every 3 days, so keep that in mind if you're staying for a longer period. One thing to watch out for: check your windows when you arrive. We didn’t realize ours was open and initially thought the heater was broken, but closing the window solved the issue.
Overall, it’s a clean and basic hotel—perfect if you’re looking for affordable accommodation in a central location without too many frills. The accessible room added extra convenience to our stay!

We arrived to Christmas dec’s 1st of all! Strange as 12 days of Xmas has passed!
Asked for both mine and my 16 year old sons passports and how we were related like what the hell! After telling us our room, I already felt like he was paying us to stay there rather us paying them!
As we’d paid £100 deposit aswell I honestly thought we were staying in a penthouse but as the stairs stairs creaked and creaked upstairs I just knew we were in for a noisy evening!
The curtains were held together by a hair grip, work going on outside which I know is out of their control but surely they would say just to be polite!
Had no sleep as people going up and down the stairs and they’re creaky as hell!
When we left, just yes leave your key, I’ve no clue if they’ve ever cracked a smile.
I won’t be staying there again.
Yes it’s cheap and close to the station but so dated , they’re rude and I’d rather pay that bit more for the service and comfort!

I had a great stay. The beds are super comfortable and I like the white clean bed linen. The light and outlet on my bed didn’t work and it got fixed within 30minutes. People were nice and it was a good atmosphere in the room, everyone was considerate. Location is great, near train stations and all shops around.

The room was actually a little underwhelming given the price, and the toilet was small with just a bathtub and no separate shower. The bathtub edge was quite high so it may be challenging to older people. Took quite some time to check in but probably because of the customers. The bed was comfy and there's ample space to open up luggage on the floor. The location was great especially since I arrived and will be departing from St Pancras International.
The room is very small. It's OK for one person, but not sure how it will work for two people. There is only a small corridor, bed and toilet. I don't think there is even enough space for two people to turn around. The wash basin is also very small. (Acceptable considering the price and location).
The soundproofing is so-so and sometimes you can hear the sound from the corridor.
The location is quite convenient, close to Euston Station and King's Cross Station, and you can walk to the British Museum.
The water in the shower seems to have some problems, and water will accumulate when taking a shower. Fortunately, it did not overflow onto the floor.

GGuest UserEverything great. Only one thing wrong . We asked the timing of breakfast with reception and was told it started at 7am. This was not true. It was 8am and meant we could not partake. If we had known this we would not have pre purchased breakfast. Attempted to have cost reimbursed, hotel refused. A pity as all was good except we had to pay for something we did not have.

賴賴The location is very convenient. It is very close to King's Cross Railway Station or subway. The room is not large and there is no small refrigerator. If you live in the lobby, you will hear loud noises at night, the wifi speed is a bit slow, and if you leave your luggage for more than 24 Hours need to go to a specific website to make an appointment.

AathenaThe appearance of the hotel is a bit old, but it is considerate, well-equipped, and there are many plugs, which are convenient for charging. There are two bottles of water, one is sparkling water and the other is distilled water. There is a fan and the toilet is very windy. Water pressure is also strong. There is also Jiawan, and the room area is larger than other hotels of the same level. The best location is convenient, and it is convenient to take Eurostar/underground. There are also shopping and dining stores nearby, and the price ratio is very high.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in good location, the room is decent size and can’t fault the cleanliness. Reception can improve and be more friendly instead of just handing the keys at check in without even saying a word. Reception door was closed as early as 7pm (you’ll have to ring the doorbell to get in). There are also some basic details lacking such as spoon or stirrer for the coffee/tea but overall the hotel is fantastic and the level of cleanliness is superb.

XXIAOWENUh... The most dissatisfied hotel in this tour, mainly the room and bathroom, the wife is too small. The sink is as wide as the palm of your hand. The dry and wet separation of the shower is very poor. Every time the bathroom is showered, the bathroom floor is completely wet. A bit close to the subway and good breakfast

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Kingscross train station and is very convenient for living nearby. There are a variety of restaurants and supermarkets. If you need to stay one more night before traveling, it is a good choice.
The Indian clerk at the front desk is very friendly to customers and the check-in experience is very pleasant.
The hotel has no elevator and is not very friendly to customers with large suitcases. You can consider taking out the things you need from the suitcase first and then leaving the suitcase at the front desk. Electric perfume sprayers are placed on each floor of the hotel, which may be a bit too fragrant.
The house space is crowded, and you fall on the bed as soon as you enter the house. But there is a lot of space under the bed, so you can take out the things in the bag and stuff the bag under the bed.

KKerryHosts were welcoming and offered to carry my luggage to my room on arrival which I was so happy about has our room was right at the top and 8 flights of stairs, cosy clean room for me and my son unfortunately we didn't have our own shower and toilet but there was a very tiny shower room across from us and when I say tiny I mean the size of a touring caravan bathroom! The television was annoying has it kept losing signal but because we wasn't in the room much it wasn't a big issue, very close to kings cross station and plenty of places to eat out, the host told us we could leave our luggage in our room for them to carry down and store for us after checkout if we wanted to collect later before our train home. The only downside to our stay was the extreme noise very early in the morning coming from the construction site opposite apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we could get a room on the lower floor.
