Stayed here for five nights when I was just pottering around town on a visit. Reception is very efficient and seemed friendly.
Room is a tiny studio but has everything you need, clean and compact! Even teas and coffees like a regular hotel (and can ask for more if needed). The location is excellent - walking distance to many of London’s top spots and between Euston and Kings Cross - also a short walk away.
It is in a lovely, quiet and secure area, too.
Thanks, keep up the great service and hope to see you again!

Our room was excellent. Although it faced the street, it was quiet with the double-glazed windows closed, and very peaceful for sleeping at night. The room also featured a small sofa. The room for the other family we were traveling with was directly opposite ours; while theirs offered a more expansive view, it wasn't as spacious as our room.
We stayed here for 7 nights. The location was incredibly convenient for getting around; despite being near King's Cross Station, it felt very safe and well-ordered. There's a bus stop right downstairs, and both the Underground and train stations are just a 5-minute walk away.
Breakfast was quite varied, which would have been fine for a day or two. However, for a 7-day stay, it became a bit repetitive as the menu was identical every morning.
Overall, we felt choosing the Pullman was a great decision.

Very clean, the housekeeper is also very responsible, the supporting facilities are very good, any problems are dealt with in time. It can be said that it is better than most apartments in London, and there is a Chinese supermarket not far from it, which is very convenient. Security is also very good.

I stayed at this hotel and found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. On the first night, my room had no heating and the window wouldn’t close properly, letting in cold wind—I was freezing! However, after reporting the issue, they acted quickly and resolved it by the second night, making the rest of my stay warm and comfortable.
One downside is the lack of an elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up the stairs was quite a challenge. Still, the good service and cozy (once fixed!) room made up for it. If you don’t mind stairs, this is a decent budget-friendly option.

The price of the hotel's accommodations is relatively low and it provides the traveller with delicious breakfast. The location is quite good because it is near both to the St. Pancras Train Station and the King's Cross Train Station. So it is very convenient.
This hotel was so close to Euston station, made catching my early morning train much smoother! The room was small, but comfortable. The breakfast had a good amount of choice, including non-dairy milk for coffee or cereal.

There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, but a free coffee was offered at the restaurant each morning instead. The location is good, not far from the station. The room size was just adequate; I deliberately avoided a windowless room as I find them too oppressive. There's a charge for luggage storage, but it's a much safer option than unreliable street-side services. The British Museum is within walking distance, a pleasant stroll through Russell Square.

GGuest UserI stayed here on the first night in London. It was right next to the train station. It was very convenient to go to King's Cross. There was a restaurant under the hotel. It was convenient to eat. The breakfast was very good. The room was small but enough.

GGuest UserWe had such an outstanding stay here for my birthday. Our experience started at reception the staff were so helpful, we arrived early before the check in time, this wasn’t an issue and were shown to an upgraded room.
This hotel has so much history and wonderful architecture it’s a must to visit especially if you also like trains. We can’t wait to return for our next visit. Thank you for such a memorable time.

CCL€M€NTStayed 3 nights, location is convenient being near to station (Angel) and fairly walkable to Kings Cross station. Daily room service and room interior condition is good.
However, during our 3 nights stay our cards were locked out from the lift in 5 different occasions and had to be reactivated at the reception. When asked why, the front desk receptionist told us that the card ran out of battery (???).
Overall its a nice hotel at a convenient location if you can put up with some of its system glitches.

JJaysonlanziziAccess/Location: It's genuinely close to King's Cross, just a 5-minute walk away.
Security: The property features secured access.
Facilities & Cleanliness: With only one toilet and two showers/bathrooms per floor, it was quite inconvenient, to say the least. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness wasn't great, but then again, you get what you pay for. To make matters worse, the two days I stayed were incredibly hot, and there was only a very small fan available.
Service: The front desk staff were quite good.
Overall: Considering the price point, it was just about acceptable.

MMINGRUIThe transportation is very convenient. The subway Russell Square Station is a short walk away. It is very close to St. Pancras Station, the British Museum, the British Library, and the University of London. The room and bathroom are small, but clean and tidy. The only drawback is that there is no elevator.

DdaitauchoiConvenient location very close to King’s Cross St Pancras station, nice restaurants nearby (McDonald’s and Burger King are nearby). Helpful staff (we check-in earlier and the staff helped to move our suitcases to the room), quick check-in, beverage bar in the check-in counter if u don’t want to go out to shop drinks, fragrance corridor, big, bright and new renovated family room with windows, hygiene bedding’s, smart TV, air-conditioning is good, shower is strong and comfortable, toilet flushing system is strong, toothbrushes are provided, big mirror, new power sockets and USB chargers for electronic appliances, new bath towels are given everyday!
No elevator (this could be difficult for guests who are carrying big suitcase), WiFi is weak and not able to connect sometimes, Not enough desktop place, sound proof could be improved, welcome bottled water are only provided for 1 time and no more replenishment, room clean-up only in every 2 days, hair dryer is available upon request.
