The staff are helpful for my stays . And the location for the hotel is very good . It can be improved if it can provide more different styles for breakfast for different days . Because I stayed in the hotel for more than 5 days with same food every day. But , personally, I enjoyed the stay at the hotel.
From its location and the comfort of the building's exterior to the staff's service attitude, everything scores top marks! Although the hotel's buffet breakfast doesn't offer a wide variety, the quality is excellent, and it was a very comfortable dining experience, with the waitstaff being very attentive! Additionally, the service received at the hotel's main entrance and the exceptional care taken by the staff in handling our heavy luggage during checkout, ensuring it was transported downstairs to the taxi, was commendable. These experiences definitely make us want to return!
First of all, the location is good.
It's right next to the British Museum, so you can get there without getting lost.
It's easy to get to anywhere, so it's very convenient.
If you need anything, the owner or guest services will respond immediately.
The room was cleaned properly, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. There were new sponges for washing dishes.
Of course, there was detergent too.
I didn't know how to use the washing machine, but I managed to find it by looking at the washing machine's website.
It said that there was detergent, but I didn't know where it was, so I brought my own.
The shower was also clean.
There were basic amenities.
I liked that there were enough towels for the number of people and the number of days we were staying.
My family who went with me liked the heated floor in the bathroom.
I'd like to use it again if I visit London again.

I had a great stay at St Giles London. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made for a great first impression. Cleanliness was also top-notch, with the room and common areas well-maintained.
However, there were a few areas for improvement. The TV in the room was quite small and not a smart TV, which limited entertainment options. Additionally, there was no refrigerator in the room, and I had to request one separately, which was a bit inconvenient.
Overall, I had a positive experience, but I would suggest improving the in-room amenities to enhance the guest experience. Adding larger smart TVs and ensuring every room has a refrigerator would make a significant difference.
Would definitely stay here again, especially for the excellent service and cleanliness!
|Great location, easy access to metro/train stations. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Straightforward enough check in, and express checkout available. However, despite rooms being very clean and well maintained, there was no air con in ours nor a fridge (even tho the hotel listing says they have air con) and to survive the night we had to keep the window open. Could have been 5 starts overall if those two issues where sorted ;)
Location is near two metro stations within 5-10mins walk on the google map but we used Uber all the time so not very sure. A few eateries of cafe and pubs around the hotel.
The room is small, no place to open luggages.
The smell in the room is very bad that I couldn’t take full breath at first when I go inside the room.
I had to keep the window open the whole time to ventilate the air in the room despite the cold weather of winter.
The bed sheets were very very dusty like never touch for months when I first walked in to the room.
I have to clean. The towels looked dirty.
Despite the run down condition of the room, the TV is smart TV that I could enjoy my Netflix disney+ youtube at night.
I stayed at the Hilton London Euston for a short trip and chose it mainly for the location. It's a perfect spot if you need to catch a train from Euston, which I did after I checked out. You’re within walking distance of the British Museum, Covent Garden, and Regent’s Park. The staff were lovely, and the rooms were clean – a bit dated but comfortable. The gym could use a bit more kit, but all in all, it was an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend it for the convenience and excellent service.
Great location close to Kings cross /St pancreas Station and not far from attractions, its 2 hotels in 1 that is predominantly used as a transit hotel for overseas tourist on day trips. The hotel is clean, and you need a room key card for the lift to move and also to get to the corridors of your room so security is good.
Downsides are that outside noise enters easily due to the old metal windows and rooms a very warm, it can be noisy throughout the night as people arrive and leave at all times. We had a room with an interconnecting door that the people in the other room tried to open at 1.30 am when they first arrived , they were also incredibly noisey shouting once awake which was at 5am due to sightseeing trips with the noise coming through the doors really easily, so it disrupted our stay . The breakfast was very good with a good selection of full English and continental foods, which set you up for the day ahead. Would we use this hotel again ....possibly
Very clean even small. Nice male waiter.
But the female reception is a cheat.
I requested the reception to help to call a taxi for my only one. But after 40 minutes,a private bigest car come with 6 seats, not the taxi. driver price double than taxi at final. Even the driver expressed unnecessary for me to order his big car. Cheated by the hotel reception. Shamed of lodon by the female.
We are guests whose handbags were stolen in hotel restaurant on June 22nd, we found that there is indeed a big problem with security, anyone can enter at will at the lobby and restaurant entrance. When the theft occurred that day, the thief entered the restaurant without registering and kept changing seats, but the hotel staff did not notice this at all, so the theft occurred.
As a 4 star hotel, the security management is really disappointing. After the theft incident, because we still had to live in the house for a while, we were all worried about our safety and whether someone would suddenly break into the room. And the hotel didn't even send us any greetings, which is really disappointing. In fact, this hotel bears a lot of responsibility for this incident, but the hotel failed to provide any care, condolences, and help to customers in a timely manner.
Furthermore, we found 2 belts were left in the cloakroom at hotel room and send the email to them for checking, but up to now, the hotel was not given us any reply.

Excellent
CcecilezxefThe actual room is slightly smaller than the picture, and the two people live in a compact room. In addition, the internal environment is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the reception staff are warm and friendly. Equipped with elevator and laundry room, very friendly to tourists who need to wash clothes. The location is excellent, six or seven minutes walk from the British Museum, there are many restaurants around, there is a 24-hour supermarket, the subway station is just around the corner downstairs, very convenient. In addition, because it is located in the downtown area and facing the street, there will be noise at night, depending on the degree of personal acceptance.
AAnonymous UserWhen comrades check in, they will tell the front desk reception.I prefer to stay in a room with GOOD LAYOUT AND WINDOW VIEW. first.
Or GOOD LAYOUT, GOOD WINDOW VIEW.
Give me a special room, outside the window is the building, the bathroom is in a corner. I asked to change the room and change to a normal layout of the road, two windows of the room. The first floor is cold, if you can carry luggage, ask for the location upstairs. The first floor is breakfast, you have to find the waiter order to order.
btw location is very good, it is very convenient to go to the British Museum, walk for five minutes, various cafes nearby
GGuest UserThe room is very small. It's OK for one person, but not sure how it will work for two people. There is only a small corridor, bed and toilet. I don't think there is even enough space for two people to turn around. The wash basin is also very small. (Acceptable considering the price and location).
The soundproofing is so-so and sometimes you can hear the sound from the corridor.
The location is quite convenient, close to Euston Station and King's Cross Station, and you can walk to the British Museum.
The water in the shower seems to have some problems, and water will accumulate when taking a shower. Fortunately, it did not overflow onto the floor.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the British Museum, and is very convenient for taking the subway and bus. Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, and the Thames River are all within walking distance. There are many restaurants around the hotel, including many Chinese restaurants. The hotel looks like an old building, but the interior is decorated in a modern style. The room is large, and two 28-inch suitcases can be opened without any pressure. The bathroom is not too big, but it is OK. The waiter cleans every day and is timely. Delicious biscuits are also given at the front desk. The breakfast is a bit simple. I stayed for four days and it basically didn't change (but it seems that the breakfasts of hotels of this level in London are basically the same, typical English breakfast varieties). It would be better if there was some porridge for breakfast (the Hilton Metropolitan in London has porridge for breakfast)
XXiaoliThe surrounding subway stations, supermarkets, bars and visits are very convenient. I often introduce colleagues who are on a business trip to this hotel. If you book in advance, the price is reasonable.
GGuest UserYou can find more than 600 single rooms with private bathrooms next to the British Museum in London. What else do you need a bicycle for? It's good enough, and you can bring your own breakfast hahahahahahaha
GGuest UserWhile the location is very good, easy access to most place of interest. The staff is amazing but the room lacked some facilities
Nevertheless we enjoyed our stayed.
GGuest UserCustomer service was exceptional and employees Janos & Saurabh were both helpful and kind.
The hotel room is quite spacious for a pod, with high levels of cleanliness.
Located in a central, convenient area. This is the ideal place for solo travellers that are looking for a relaxing place after a long day exploring.
