Tried this recently opened hotel in London. The check-in process was very slow, with a two hour wait before the room was finally available. The room was very modern and had a very nice bathroom. Unfortunately, several sockets were not working (a known fact according to the front desk!) The room had a ”terrace” which was actually a narrow balcony with high concrete walls that you couldn't see when sitting outside The scenery, and no room to breathe. I'm not very interested in customers, especially in customer feedback. Overall, I'd say it's really not worth the price.
Stayed for three days, the location is excellent, in the rich area of Chelsea, also near the Sloane Square subway station, and the price is reasonable when set. The kitchen is very easy to use. There is a dishwasher, and the utensils are very complete. You can get milk instant noodles, but only once. No matter how many days you live, it would be good if you can come according to the number of days

The location is very convenient, I always walk to the store and walk to Harold. The hotel room is a typical not-so-large room in London, but the magnificent room I live in is almost the same.
Note that when checking out, the card will not be pressed immediately, and there is a random charging behavior. The small bar food in the room will be charged at random. This is called charging while the time is poor. Settle without checking the bill carefully and do not print the invoices to the guests, and there is no return of money for one week after returning home. If you do n’t return in a few days, you will continue to apply by phone.
Generally this hotel is a great choice for family- very quiet and big room where you can cook. We cook almost every evening. The room is equipped with all facilities including laundry and drier. The place is a bit of walking to nearest station - abt 10-12 mins to Victoria and 8 mins to Sloane square.
Great hotel, great service, located in the embassy district, very close to Harrods Hyde Park, the only downside is that breakfast service is not convenient
Really especially good room is very beautiful, very new, the surrounding environment is also very safe, the Hyde Park waiter's attitude is also very good, the hotel has free pick-up and drop-off service, the driver is also very nice, very happy to chat very much better than the service of London Limen. Stay next time
The location is superior, the internal facilities are advanced, and the service is decent. Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and Harrods are within walking distance. The breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the taxi service is very suitable. worth having.

GGuest UserReal five-star hotel, super good location, and service. Every floor of the hotel uses different colors to give the guests a good experience. If you don't consider the price, you will definitely come again.
JJojo_bravoThe location of the hotel is very convenient, convenient transportation, beautiful environment, complete facilities, thoughtful service, exquisite and comfortable rooms, suitable for business and sightseeing customers. A little expensive, this is London!
NNorrisGreat location, close to Victoria Station, including the Coach Station. Complimentary tea/coffee and pastries due to the restaurant being closed was extremely appreciated. The only let-down was the substandard air conditioning, which wasn’t up to the job this English Summer; however, we were informed that it was being fixed shortly.
Ccbjohn1Flew in on the red eye from NYC on a Saturday morning and was absolutely exhausted having been unable to sleep very well on the plane. I had requested an early check-in but, being from the States, fully anticipated my request to be declined, leaving me to wander around for hours in a zombie-like state. To the contrary, I was greeted with a big smile by a charming young lady named Denise at the front-desk who, to my great relief, informed me that my room was all ready at the very early hour 11:30am.
I had no idea where I was booking but was pleasantly surprised by the location. Lots of nice restaurants and pubs around. Several outdoor drinking areas in Sloane Square were also very nice. The price was extremely reasonable for London and I highly recommend.
GGuest UserIf your room is in the same building as the front desk, you can also eat breakfast there. When the rooms are side by side with different entrances, they keep everything in the refrigerator in the room. Yogurt, milk, juice, and jam are all provided for each person. There was a toaster, pot, and microwave. There is no elevator, so you have to go up and down narrow stairs.
There were some staff members who needed attention.
SSona索纳It’s a small three star hotel which has a good and helpful stuff. Though they don’t have lifts but they have a person helping with luggages all the time. I liked the family atmosphere in the hotel. It is clean but the building is quite old and walls are thin to hear the neighbors moaning 😁 .
Breakfast is good but they didn’t change the menu for 2 days. Would be better if they change the menu sometimes. I left my luggages there after checking out and when I returned asked to stay there about an hour before my bus arrived. They let me and offered coffee, tea and water. All in all, good experience for a 3 star hotel.
AathenaWifi is fast, air-conditioned, well-equipped and new.
The only thing is that the room is so thin, the two seats are not enough to open at the same time, and the bed is so short that if it exceeds 1.7m, it will touch the foot
许许It is next to London Victoria Station, a very charming old house hotel, very close to the supermarket, microwave oven, 20 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace, very quiet!
However, it should be noted that there is no elevator and luggage to move upstairs. The key toilet toilet shower room is very very very small. It can only be entered by one person. The elbows cannot be opened when washing hair. After the smallest shower room, the toilet can't sit face to face. The rooms are as small as ever!
