Unfortunately, we received a barrier-free room without needing it, so we were very disappointed with the spartan furnishings, which absolutely did not match the room price

Yes, stunning building, but service and room doesn't live up to expectations. Some staff quite "snobby" and dismissive, some very friendly though - just inconsistent service standards.
Sink in bathroom needs maintenance, water took a long time to drain. The room type (cosy) felt a little claustrophobic also as you just look into buildings.
Had the "do not disturb" sign on the door, get someone knocking on the door who said "just checking if someone's in here" - not acceptable!
Lots of loud banging doors and drunken people throughout the hotel. Do not recommend this place if you're looking for some peace and quiet.
Based on my first experience I will not stay here again, there are better places for less!

Wonderful array of toiletries and brekkie in bed was a lovely touch.

From the moment we arrived with the concierge coming running down the road to guide us to the car park, the service was flawless. The suite was gorgeous, large and very well appointed, roll top bath was a nice touch and so many toiletries. Genuinely a masterclass in standards.

I booked a stay at the Ned at the start of my recent European trip. They managed both an requested upgrade to one of their Heritage rooms and an extraordinarily early check-in to accommodate my arrival after a long-haul flight. Every member of staff was extremely helpful, especially those working in the spa, and the room was one of the most luxurious I have had the fortune of staying, spacious and very comfortable.

Localisation pratique au cœur de la city et en accès direct vers Canary Wharf via la DLR. les restaurants et les installations sportives et piscine font tout l’intérêt de cet hôtel. Les chambres en elles mêmes, memes supérieurs, sont plutôt petites et sombres et pour le prix le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur de bien d’autres hôtels de cette catégorie de prix.

Great property, lots of dining options in the hotel. Gym/Spa is outstanding. A couple blocks from St. Paul's. Not good if you need to work from your room for an extended time as desk space is very limited. Bathrooms have more than everything you need.

Stopped off for refreshments at The Electric Bar & Diner @ The Ned after waling around London for while, There was a nice selection of Cocktails and Beers. My partner went for a Vodka Cocktail called the 'Juke Box'. Amass Vodka, St. Germain Elderflower, Blackberry, Martini Rubino & Thienot Brut. It was quite sweet and bitter at the same time but she said it was really lovely. I went for a Brooklyn Lager, nothing I haven't had before but it was cold and refreshing so I got another to wash it down. We had a little wander around the lobby, it was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. It is quite expensive but it's London.. Everything Is!
