The location is very good, very close to the subway and Liverpool st train station. It has two bathrooms plus a toilet and a toilet, which is very convenient. The living room is also very large. The washing machine and dryer are integrated, but the washing machine is very dirty and cannot be cleaned after several washes. No detergent or laundry balls are provided. The open kitchen is large, with dishwashing sponges and dishwashing liquid provided, but no rags or kitchen towels, and no oil or seasonings. There is a microwave and a large oven, two soup pots and a large frying pan. It's difficult to get through to the customer service line, and often no one answers. I asked for garbage bags and toilet paper for three days, but they didn't arrive until the last day. There was no response to the message I left with Trip.com, and there was no response to the WhatsApp customer service either, so I had to call. The refrigerator's refrigerator and freezer are two separate cabinets, but the freezer part made a strange noise, so I just turned off the main switch when I didn't need it. The shower had hot water but low pressure. There are two supermarkets, Tesco express and Coop, nearby, and Boots is also very close.

We have just returned from a business trip in London . Apartment 16 in creechurch street . The apartment is self catering and has everything you need. It is well positioned for London meetings and tubes BUT the issue is not the quality of the apartment . It is incredibly noisy (at a high level) - u will need ear plugs to sleep ) and seems to operate next to some sort of storage/recycling depot - it is noisy 24/7 . There were a few issues with the apartment which we engaged on through a WhatsApp service with automated responses . We did this 3 x over our stay none of which were addressed . So effectively we had no hot water to shower or bath in and a sink that could not b used in the bathroom because the plug did not work . It is important to note that these sorts of rentals have no face to face interaction, this being the main issue. It is all keys and codes to enter and exit . We also asked for a late checkout (1 hour later - no formal response) and early check in , a full days rate was to be applied ) . The latter did not matter as our flight was delayed by a day . So in summary , flat itself is acceptable and well positioned - overall View (pros 6 cons 16) . In the past we have stayed in a hotel for business (cost was similar), we will be doing that in the future .

The apartment wasn’t soundproof at all. You could hear everything outside and when we tried to contact the owners, they did not respond.

Great location for work. The place is spacious and fairly well equipped (a few dishes missing, no salt / pepper, etc., but I had no real challenges). It was very clean. Towels are big, fluffy, clean. Views are great. A little run down and in need of fresh paint - but quite comfortable. I realise there are other reviews with noise complaints because it is above a bar but given it was easy to close doors from the front room, hall and bedroom - it was easy to block the noise and I didn't find this an issue. Location is great - several tubes to choose from between 7 - 10 min away. I would stay again.

Don’t stay This place was an awful experience. No communication sent about how to self check in and had to ring the office several times whilst stood outside, spoke to rude staff members who consistently hung up on me. The door also did not lock when leaving.

The apartment was nice, clean, and perfect for our trip. There were 4 of us, and we stayed for a week. Check-in was simple; once we paid, they sent us the gate and door codes. The noise level was loud during the day, but that was expected for the location. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was hot as hell, especially at night. They only had 2 tiny fans that did nothing. The ventilation fan in the smaller bathroom was broken, which didn’t help with the heat. Also, they did not stock enough toilet paper for 4 guests for a week. There is no on-site person to ask for more supplies. The kitchen has a few things, but there is not enough to cook a meal there. There is a corner market nearby with great deals on already-cooked easy meals. Also, the wifi was useless, and there were no instructions on the light switches. I tried for a week to turn off a set of kitchen lights and could never figure it out.

The apartment was clean and large. The location was convenient to multiple Underground stations. We did not have issues with noise as others noticed, but the pub in the courtyard does crowded. The furnishings were not super-comfortable if you want to spend any time sitting around in the unit. We cooked dinner multiple times and found the kitchen lacking in basics like towels, napkins etc and cooking oils, salt, pepper, so be prepared to purchase those. Overall, it was a decent stay for us while in London for a week.
