Very charming hotel in a great location. The room was beautiful and the minibar was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. I had a wonderful stay. The staff was very professional and kind!

In my search for a hotel in London , I came across the Henrietta and just knew that is where I wanted to stay. I really didn’t know much about London neighborhoods, but my travel buddy and I just loved Covent Garden and I couldn’t be happier that I stumbled across it. The Henrietta is fun and quirky, beautifully furnished and taken care of lovingly by its amazing staff. The beds are so comfy, bathroom amenities were A+ and the rain shower was divine. Towels were large and soft. There’s even an electric towel bar. Staying at the hotel for 6 days gave us the opportunity to really enjoy the Henrietta hospitality. The reception staff , hello to Andreea and Clementine, were all fantastic. The restaurant staff and the breakfast chef also were terrific. The hotel is steps away from the Covent Garden Piazza, wonderful restaurants and shops and within walking distance to the Strand and theaters. We saw Tina: The Tina Turner Musical - don’t miss it. The Henrietta is not easy to spot as there isn’t a big hotel sign. It’s on an elegant old street, in a beautifully modernized old home. Henrietta St is closed to traffic from 9:30 am on. You have to walk the short distance from Bedford St to the hotel door. You can also call the hotel and someone will come running out to help you navigate your bags to the entrance. Staying at the hotel was truly a treat.
