The room was clean and located on the 3rd floor with lift access. The water pressure from the shower can be improved. The lift does make a bit of a noise going up and down and made it wonder if it will break down 😬

Excellent customer service, every member of staff were very friendly and welcoming. Ranga and Larissa were exceptional and a credit to the company. Breakfast was fantastic and the room was very clean and comfortable. Great location, close to train/ underground station. 15 min walk to Buckingham palace. I have stayed at several premier inns and this was one of the best.

Mein Zimmer war relativ groß für Londoner Verhältnisse. Das Frühstück war gut, wie man es von der Kette gewohnt ist. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Straße nahe Victoria Station ist super. Das Haus selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist es allemal geeignet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Pluspunkt auch für die Steckdose mit USB Port am Bett. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das WLAN war langsam, die Verbindung brach immer wieder ab oder konnte gar nicht erst hergestellt werden.

The location of the Premier Inn Victoria is perfect in the city centre. We took the meal deals for the dinners and the meals were delicious and it was perfect after a tiring day in London. The bedroom was clean and quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming, always smiling and wishing to help us. We hope we will come back soon in your hotel!
