Check in as early as possible, otherwise you will be assigned to a basement room. The wireless signal is not good, the window cannot be opened, and there is no air conditioning, which is stuffy. If you are not satisfied, you can ask to change rooms before 8 am the next day. The staff is quite friendly. Breakfast is fixed every day, including bread, cheese, sausage slices, boiled eggs, canned fruits and cereals, coffee, milk, juice, instant coffee and hot chocolate, etc.

The pictures are not consistent with the actual situation. I booked a room with a sofa bed, but it was actually a basement, no air conditioning, dark and cramped. But the location is OK, three minutes walk from the British Museum.

Very very small room , almost can't move in it , no space to stretch your arms ,
No refrigerator , I had some found spoiled
Bathroom ok ,but very very small and tight
Only Good thing it is near by Euston station

A great central location and friendly staff.
A heat wave during our stay with no air con but they did provide a fan when we asked.
We would stay here again.
