Destaco como pontos positivos a localização, Wi-Fi, conforto, receptividade e acolhimento. Entretanto as toalhas de banho tinham cheiro de lixivia, as almofadas eram altas e pouco confortáveis e o pequeno almoço que tinha um pouco mais de qualidade era muito longe do apartamento. No ultimo dia nem conseguimos usufruir deste serviço pelo qual pagamos, porque se nos deslocássemos até lá para o pequeno almoço não conseguiríamos pegar o comboio de forma tranquilo. É melhor não pagar por esse pequeno almoço que é oferecido. De todo, não é prático nem confortável.

Bob W at Tower bridge was a great location during the day for sightseeing but after late and way past midnight it was sooo noisy we couldn’t sleep. Horns beeping all night, cars, music etc outside on the Main Street was horrendous, especially with 2 tired kids in tow. Apartment large and clean but a bit dated in decor. Can’t see what their so-called interior designer did, apart from painting the ceiling dark as the kitchen was from the 80’s! A few little touches like some milk wouldn’t have gone a miss and no camera film in the instant camera. I’d say good for a couple but not great for families.

Appartamento meraviglioso, spazioso, luminoso e dotato di ogni confort. Bagno grande dotato di phon, bagno schiuma e shampoo e di asciugamani per ogni componente della famiglia; cucina con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno a microonde nonché tutte le stoviglie necessarie. L'appartamento si trova a due minuti dalla metro di Tower Hill, a due passi dal Tower bridge ed è circondato da Pub, pizzeria e vari locali.
Inoltre a due passi dallo Sky garden che consiglio vivamente di visitare anche senza prenotazione se si arriva tra le sette e le nove e trenta del mattino. Ultimo ma non per importanza, Bob ti contatta giornalmente su WhatsApp per accertarsi che vada tutto per il meglio ed è subito pronto a rispondere ad ogni quesito. Ci tornerei e lo consiglierei. Senza dubbio il miglior posto con il miglior rapporto qualità prezzo mai trovato a Londra!

Rough round the edges
Easy to access but blinds broken, plug socket smashed, filler visible and chipped paint, noisy fridge leading to a sleepless night, seriously needs an updated bathroom and new towels as they’re falling to pieces and no lock on the inside of the door which doesn’t feel safe for a female on their own

Bekymmersfritt boende nära Towern
Perfekt lugnt läge nära tunnelbanan och Tower bridge. Mycket prisvärt och behändigt litet kök med allt man behöver även tvättmaskin. Ingen reception men snabb kommunikation via WhatsApp.

The walls and ceilings had cracks and dampness, the floor was scratched badly, and the sofa was full of stains and hair. The kitchen had broken cupboards, the bathroom was stinky, with destroyed flooring, dampness, and cracks on the ceiling, and the sink was blocked after the water flowed for 5 seconds. We left the place after 30 minutes, and I'm still waiting for a refund; however, I haven't received anything yet.
