應全部0分，預約時已經通知酒店唔要地下室房間，岀發前2日知道係地下室都唔緊要, 話4點check in 點知原來未清潔好要等半個鐘，好啦咁等完之後入住密碼係錯嘅。。。地下室又冇訊號，要行返兩層上地面打電話，同酒店職員溝通咗半個鐘先搞得掂。入到去發現勁污糟，又臭又焗，雪櫃係壞，溝通過後話冇空房間換房，禁都冇辦法唯有忍下啦。之後trip.com職員我同酒店溝通過酒店會安排人嚟清潔，點知安排咗兩日都冇，第三日就話要住滿七日先會有人上門清潔。。。。仲要個冷氣係涼，調19度房間溫度24.5度。。。每一晚都會熱醒，已經拎咗佢哋部風扇但開到最大都勁細風，之後發現原來每一晚個冷氣都係中央控制會熄咗。。。仲要遲check in，但酒店要求客人準時check out!!!一間連鎖酒店有咁多問題，仲聲稱自己服務好好，我唔知佢哋係歧視亞洲人定係點我見其他歐洲國家嘅旅客就冇乜特別大問題。 希望呢個comment可以幫到準備要book嘅人。真係俾錢買難受。

The customer service is not ordinary bad! I have stayed in this self-service hotel many times, and this time the experience was extremely bad. I checked in at 4 o'clock. When I went in, the cleaner told me that the room had not started cleaning yet, and asked me if no one had notified me. Even they found it incredible. I called the customer service on the spot, and they said that the check-in would be postponed to 6:30 today without any apology or explanation! I got angry on the spot and said sorry. It was really outrageous. After cleaning and entering, I found that the bedroom light was broken, the kettle was broken, and several plugs in the kitchen were broken... I decided not to stay at this hotel again!

The password given on the first day of check-in was wrong. Check-in was at 4pm, which was actually inconvenient. Fortunately, my friend lived in a hotel next door and I went to put my things there. I arrived at the location at 6:40 and entered the password according to the instructions, but the door could not be opened. The signal was not good for the basement room 2, so I had to go upstairs to call. It took a long time to get through and I asked my friend at the hotel front desk to help me. After getting through, I asked a series of questions. The whole process took 30 minutes because someone else came to connect with me in the middle and I explained the information again. So don't check in if you don't know English! Because you don't know who can help you contact at that time, because there is no one there at check-in! I don't want to say much about the hygiene of the room. It's on the basement floor, damp and musty. It's okay if you don't stay for a long time. The toilet occasionally has a smell, and the exhaust must be turned on all the time. There is a huge machine outside the window. I don't know what it is, and it will make noises. So those who sleep light should pay attention. The machine is the one that opens the window in rooms 1 and 2. Mine is in the building on No. 17. The floor is clean after sweeping, but the bed is really not clean, and there is dust on the pillow. I also saw hair. . . And I didn't sleep well for two nights! The bed is too bad... You can't change the room immediately, because you have to contact the hotel again. And then you don't know what will happen. There is a kitchen in the room, which is more convenient if you bring children. There is no need to stay like this when traveling alone. 2,300 for two nights is this quality. I will definitely not book this hotel again in the future. Just my personal experience for your reference!

Very nice apartment in Kensington!! Very close to the tube and super equipped with everything. The only sore point were the stairs (our apartment was on the top floor). For the rest, perfect!

Great apartment, quite clean, great location and very convenient for getting around London (tube and bus)
