Dishonest, Misleading, and Impossible to Trust This place is an absolute nightmare, and I urge anyone considering it to beware. I booke d under the impression that I’d stay at **26 Inverness Street**, but after days of runaround, the host suddenly claimed the “correct” address was a 10-minute walk away—then admitted it’s actually on Curtain Road (17 minutes by subway!), which is definitely not walking distance. The contradictions never stopped. They also conveniently failed to mention there are **no elevators**, a crucial detail if you’re traveling with someone who needs mobility assistance. Even **Capital One** tried to help get a refund because of the blatant misrepresentation, but the host told them the address was correct, then later changed their story multiple times. They kept making it worse and worse, offering zero solutions beyond “our policy is non-refundable.” This is the most **misleading, dishonest** booking I’ve ever encountered, and I’m shocked they’re listed on major travel sites. **Bottom Line:** Do yourself a favor and **stay far away**. I’ve never experienced such a blatant bait-and-switch. The dishonesty, refusal to give a true address, and refusal to accommodate accessibility needs show they just don’t care about guests. Don’t get trapped—**book elsewhere**!

Mixed feelings Convenience of location made this property worthwhile. Unfortunately the beds were barely sleepable and there was lipstick stains on the crockery from prior guests. Some basic provisions would have been really appreciated - like a plug for the kitchen sink & some tea towels & cloths so we could clean up after ourselves. Whilst this was a bit disappointing - a bonus was the water pressure in the shower. That was great. The fumes from the restaurant downstairs would be overwhelming in the apartment in an hot day. But again - the centrality of the property was fantastic & property manager super friendly.

Location information is misleading The location was 0.7 miles from the address in the listing. I was told "that's just a reference address". Extremely frustrating and disappointing because the most important factor I consider when booking is location. I felt misled.

We went as a group of family and friends so had several apartments, the staff were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Facilities in every apartments were really good, each very clean too. Location was really good. We all agreed we would all return here without a doubt. Cannot find anything negative to say! Thank you for a most enjoyable stay
