I have stayed at other Locke locations and had excellent experiences, but my stay at Buckle St Studios by Locke was extremely disappointing. The WiFi in my room was terrible, disconnecting every five minutes, and despite raising the issue with reception multiple times, it was never fixed. The reception team was consistently unresponsive and slow to handle requests.
Additionally, when I asked for a change of towels and bedding during my stay, I was left with bed sheets in the room and told to change the bedding myself—completely unacceptable service. Overall, it was a distasteful stay, and I would not recommend or stay at this location again.

The room was gorgeous and clean, however I was given the wrong room and when I spoke to the lady on the desk she initially refused to change my room. Eventually I was put in the correct room and had a lovely stay, just a shame the member of staff wasn’t extremely welcoming and helpful.

The property is only minutes walk to Aldgate East Tube Station and only a station away from the famous Tower Hill/Tower Bridge. It is well connected to the rest of London
For mislim, there are abundance halal outlets around to choose from and groceries and sundry store nearby

It's a cozy little space. Very conveniently located near aldgate east station.
Free self service laundry service provided as well. Very clean. Just that it's a bit small if you have 2 large luggage. Overall a very comfortable stay.

The room is small, clean and cozy, with a beautiful view outside the window, a large bathroom, and pots and pans. The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and it takes four minutes to walk to the subway station. There is a hot pot restaurant, a Chinese Super League, a local supermarket, and a cafe downstairs. The neighborhood is clean and safe. It is a fifteen-minute walk from the Tower Bridge attraction in London, and you can stroll along the Thames in the morning and evening. The front desk staff is also very polite and great. I will stay here next time.

The hotel is in a great location, with a hot pot restaurant downstairs, and a Chinese noodle restaurant and Tiantian supermarket not far away. But the hotel environment is average. When I first checked in, a board fell off the kitchen. On the third day, when I opened the cupboard, the back board fell down and broke the cup in the cupboard, cutting my knee. I stayed for 12 days and only cleaned it once. Every time I washed clothes, I saw that the washing machine was dirty, which was disgusting.

This is a micro-hotel-style apartment. When traveling, you are outside during the day, so the size of the room doesn't matter even if you sleep. The room is small, but it has everything you need, and you can cook for yourself. The only problem is that after staying for 6 nights, the room was never cleaned, the sheets were not changed, and the garbage and used towels were not collected. It was all up to you.
