A beautifully presented hotel with friendly and attentive staff. The attention to detail was amazing. Our only issue was that it took two requests for the television to be looked at.

The room is really small
The hotel is in a great location, you can walk everywhere, very convenient

Staff eith poor attitudes are never a goid start. The hotel is pretty but so dark its impossible to read in the room. The noise of the minibar kept me up all night, in spite of the promise it would be fixed earlier in the evening. Food in the groud floor resturant was average. Overall an average experience at a premium price

Excellent quirky themed hotel in brilliant location for theatres shops etc All staff friendly and helpful in the extreme Everywhere immaculately clean Rooms and bars very comfortable A lot of thought obviously went into design layout and probably staff training Will definitely return

Superb bed linen and top notch bathroom. Quirky theming and impressive mini bar....for those who are happy to pay for luxury it's great. Room was small but very well serviced and clean. TV is framed like an old master! Location is great for shopping, eating out and bars.
