Lovely, clean rooms. Spacious beds in twin room, with fresh, white linen. Lack of amenities. No slippers provided in room. Picked up at reception the morning after check in. No vanity kit or bottled water provided. Staff appeared very busy, not particularly friendly. Quite unwelcoming towards children. Did not treat my son politely...! Staff seemed uncomfortable around older children...

No trouble at all. The experience was perfect and accommodating. Staff was very helpful, both when checking in/out and at breakfast.Thank you to all the staff, keep up the perfect work. See you all sometime again
