location is just near to British museum. oxford street is walkable. room has no fan. no toiletries provided. still need to come and ask for it. no toothbrush provided too just plain towels. staff seemed friendly and courteous. the hallways seemed old and creeky.

The room was very mediocre. It was not cleaned during the stay. The chairs were all broken. The bed made a creaking sound when turning over or sitting down. The floor in the hallway made a creaking sound when someone was walking in the room, as if someone was walking in the room. There were too many factors that disturbed the sleep in the room. There was no elevator in the building. The hallway was narrow and steep. It was very inconvenient to carry the luggage up and down.
