The toilet has a strange smell, the sound insulation is very poor, there is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow. The housekeeping staff did not clean the room properly, but just re-folded the bed. The sheets were still dirty because my hair was still on the bed and I could see it when I lifted the quilt. There are big problems with hygiene management. The bathroom floor mat is wet every day and has not been replaced. It is a small and narrow restaurant.
I booked a double bed room, but was tricked into getting an extra-large single mattress. The sleeping experience was terrible, and the mattress sagged in the middle.

The room was just the right size for two people to use and was just round the corner from paddington railway station. so was easy to get around London will.be looking at useing this hotel again

We loved our stay here. The room is fairly small but it is average size for this area. The position was amazing, so close to Paddington station, restaurants, Hyde Park etc. It does not have an elevator so be prepared to climb stairs. The continental breakfast is quite basic, but enough for us. They also have a billard table and other activities for guests to do. The beds were not big but very comfortable. The heating was just right. Overall we loved our stay here.

The only thing that can be praised about this hotel is its location, but the facilities are too old, there is no elevator, the sound insulation is not good, and the room is very small.
