The lady at receptionist look like japanese very unfriendly... Make me n my family feel very not comfort to stay there... Will never book this hotel again... Sorry..

We loved our stay here. The room is fairly small but it is average size for this area. The position was amazing, so close to Paddington station, restaurants, Hyde Park etc. It does not have an elevator so be prepared to climb stairs. The continental breakfast is quite basic, but enough for us. They also have a billard table and other activities for guests to do. The beds were not big but very comfortable. The heating was just right. Overall we loved our stay here.

The only thing that can be praised about this hotel is its location, but the facilities are too old, there is no elevator, the sound insulation is not good, and the room is very small. There is not even a table. I can only put my belongings on a chair. Because I arrived late, I couldn't remedy the situation of this hotel when I found out about it. I was so sad that I didn't sleep for half a night. I really won't stay here again. Fortunately, I only booked one night.
